Review 2：A big & beautiful hotel with super vistas of Phoenix. Staff always willing to help. We liked all the onsite restaurants. The Compass restaurant was a great way to see the city at nite. Our meals were very good we had an outstanding, enthusiastic waiter. (Robert!)

Review 3：There were no activities at the hotel, nor in the surrounding areas. We arrived during the holidays and found no sign of Christmas, a bit disappointing.

Review 5：The Compass restraunt was a good experience,the service was good , the entires we had were good except there were warm not hot. We requested them to be heated up but they returned warm again. The sea bass and scallops were very tasty though. The prices were $$$ but very nice hotel overall. Self parking inexpensive next door. Enjoy close proximity to the Symphony Hall. Enjoyed our overnite stay!!! Quite a view from our 21st floor-booked through Booking.com very reasonable.

Review 7：The old stained carpeting especially on the 18th floor from the elevators to our room. I wasn't able to respond to most of the questions above because they would not click when I hovered over them to indicate my rating whch would have been a 4 out of 5, with 5 being the happiest face. The toilet in 1803 was VERY tricky to use as it was difficult to flush, very slow, needed more pressure.

Review 48：A very nice hotel with lovely staff who were eager to please. I had a lovely king room with everything you needed inside. The hotel was spotlessly clean too. The bathroom had a lovely range of toiletries. It was lovely to avoid the rip off resort fee that you have to pay in Las Vegas. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Review 49：A couple of minor things: there was no microwave oven in the room. I could not heat up leftovers I brought back from restaurants. The other thing was about the balcony. The furniture was in need of a good cleaning. With it being outside, there was a lot of street dust on it.
