Review 1：I didn't like the lighting throughout the space. Bathroom wasn't well lit, nor was the kitchen or balcony. I didn't like the shower (no water pressure). In the shower there was not anywhere to put toiletries.
Review 2：Location and complementary transportation to track, and beach. The two bedroom suite was perfect for my family. It was spacious and beautifully furnished. The onsite restaurant was nice and the pool was beautiful.
Review 3：We felt the hotel was overpriced. No complimentary water! The balcony was dirty old cups and garbage from previous guests. Room was noisey from the street traffic. Valet service very expensive and additional room charges were totally unnecessary.

Review 5：I do not know how this hotel got a license. It has only 2 elevators for 32 floors. I had to wait at leat 10 minutes for the elevator and then another 10 for the trip from floor 30 to lobby!!! NO service elevator therefore all luggage ,garbage,maids,supplies,etx with guests Resort fee a joke, no towels no chairs. Really is not prepared to be a hotel.

Review 7：Hotel is not managed well. Short on towels, beach chairs, umbrellas Long waits at front desk. I'm in the customer service business. Hope for the best, plan for the worst. Minimal financial investment to solve all the issues we dealt with. That's on management.

Review 11：Tthe property had friendly staff; however; valet was very disorganized with multiple cars coming and going. The restaurant did not have adequate staff (waited 50 mins for simple breakfast w/no one in the restaurant). Bartender (who had to cover for someone else) did not know how to mix a drink or the proper glass to use.
Review 12：Make sure you tell customers they tack on a resort fee per day. Should indicate that when you are booking your stay. Something booking.com needs to make clear.

Review 14：I paid for a superior deluxe room with a ocean view for my birthday. I overlooked Walmart! I didn't want to waste more of my time complaining because we were already behind schedule. If I would've known I didn't have an actual ocean view I would've stayed at a different hotel. I was truly disappointed.
Review 15：I expected the bed sheet to be changed every morning but came back from the conference I was attending to find out it was same bed sheet from the night before on the bed. Only 2 elevator servicing an entire wing of the hotel. Waited 30 minutes on an elevator while trying to get to my conference. Eventually i had take the stairs down from the 21st floor. Told the front desk my experience and just shrugged and ignored me. To make things worse I had to wait another 20minutes on my car.

Review 19：Requested a top floor but was given a room on the 4th floor. Plus they need to let customers know ahead of time there is a $200 deposit when checking in that you'll get back at the end of your tip

Review 24：I liked that you could call ahead for the Valet Service and that the car was available whenever we needed to leave. I loved the view we had on the 21st floor, the size and amenities of the kitchen and the bedrooms. Everything we saw online was exactly how it looked when we got there. I loved that the option was available to have a suite whereby I could still have my privacy in one bedroom but still have access to my family in another room. I felt safe and enjoyed that there were so many shopping stores so close by!
Review 25：The location is not perfect, pretty far from the night life attractions. There were some maintenance problems (post renovation issues).

Review 27：We didn't like having to Valet our car every day and be charged so high. Also, we checked in on the 4th and the valet service was not ready for all of the traffic so it was more than a 25 minute wait for our car.
Review 28：Afyer our wonderful evening,we went to take a shower but there was no hot water in either of the bathrooms, we had to move all of our stuff to another room at 2am so we could shower..the staff was accommodating but it was an inconvenience.
Review 29：We loved everything about this hotel. The location is great, just a quick walk/shuttle ride across the bridge and your at the beach! The manager, Moshe is phenomenal and him team is definitely a great reflection of him because they delivered the best service and went above and beyond for myself and the other guests as well. I've ever experienced at a hotel... from addressing me by my name, greeting me every time they saw me, to opening the doors, to helping us find activities to do, to even helping with finding my sisters cellphone after she dropped it off the 14th floor balcony (no damaged, thanks to all the beautiful landscaping). I cant say enough great things about my stay.
Review 30：The maid service didn't have enough linen every time we called. They brought pillow cases instead of a blanket. Another instance, the maid walked away and went in the elevator when I asked for clean towels, she said it wasn't her room and left. I was really disappointed in the room service.
Review 31：I loved the proximity to the beach, the views and the space it provided for me and my family. The kitchen and laundry was awesome and very convenient. If you must stay on the beach....definitely go up...cause the views rocked. made the memories awesome. Tiffany(African American), the young lady at the front desk was awesome. She was courteous, helpful and had a great attitude every time I called for assistance. They need to keep her and make her head of customer service. She helped make our stay pleasant.
