Review 1：The climb up 10 flights of stairs to the wrong room. I booked a 2 bedroom with a lift, but only got two bedrooms. There were three couples. So, instead of everyone getting their own room, One couple ended up in the living room on the hide a bed. Very dated interior from the early 90's. Door opened even without a key. Pretty scary. Probably won't stay here again. Only positive was the very nice front desk people.
Review 2：Lots of stairs. It's clearly stated in the property description, but it deserves reiterating. There are stairs. A lot of them.

Review 4：There were two bathrooms but the one with the jet bathtub the shower didn't work. There was cigarette odor in the condo. And you need to tell people that there are no elevators to go to the uppermost floor. That is where we were and we were thankful no elders were with us! Also the wifi didn't work the whole time we were there! That was awful! Kids were not happy!

Review 6：The view from the property was remarkable. I loved the fact that it was a full on apartment that we had rented. The master bath tub was the size of a small pool.
Review 7：You need to climb a lot of stairs. We were there with our adult son, so no problem but I would not want to get up there with tired kids. You have to drive all around the village to get to the swimming pool (jacuzzi is on property).
Review 8：The loft is great, spacy and has a nice view of the mountains.It's close to Stateline and the 24-hour supermarket.

Review 11：When I booked this condo I was not told there was going to be 93 stairs straight up hill at 8000 feet plus altitude. I would like to get a partial refund. If I new of those circumstances I never would have booked with you. Please send me half of my money back. Tom

Review 14：The manager implied it was my fault I did not know about the many stairs to our room. I am disabled. The manager implied it was my fault I did not know the dead bolts were non functional. My room was entered why I was away without my permission. Very rude staff.
