Review 1：Rooms are dated. Our room had no hangers , circuit breaker was off so no heat at nite, shower curtain was cut too short to keep water from spraying on the floor.

Review 5：I booked my sister/brother in law in 1 room and brother in room 2. No heat, no hot water, no blankets. Rooms smelled, someone was overheard to comment that one of the rooms was not supposed to be rented at all, had not had heat for some time. Terrible experience and a resort fee for just an overnight stay was not a positive selling point. Don't know if there were nicer rooms or not, we didn't get one if there were any available. Very disappointing stay.

Review 6：Lobby was very attractive. Gave my sister/brother in law and brother a free breakfast next morning for the poor rooms. They said breakfast was very good and if you were judging resort by that, it was good. Rooms though terrible.

Review 7：Front desk is very unorganized. Took almost 30 minutes to check (we were the only people in line). Still waiting to see if my bill gets cleared up. Charged me for 3 rooms, only had 2.

Review 8：Rooms were old and outdated. Furniture definitely 1980's or before and looking old. Not as roomy as we are use to. Central Air conditioning was noisy. Parking not very convenient. We requested a king room but were given a room with two double beds. Too tired to change it.

Review 12：HVAC outdated and noisy. Tub did not drain well. Bathroom mirror was centered on wall, not on sink! You had to lean over to see yourself in the mirror! TV never worked.

Review 14：I like the large room layout with plenty of seating for guess. I like the 1 story access and outdoor patio. I also like that it had a microwave and a refrigerator.

Review 16：It was old, beds were small, smell, old interior. For a 4 star, I expected nice and comfortable. The room was not like the pictures. Over heard the place was under renovation. That should have be information ahead of time.

Review 20：Great rate especially for a last minute booking. Front staff is ok- one person was excellent and the other just blah/irritated attitude. Lovely room, nice and quiet, beautiful golf course. Lots of surrounding construction was a minus with barricade traffic at the entrance. But I would stay here again. LOVED the 1 room suite.

After the We were suppose to check in at 3 couldn't until 6. 3rd day of trying to order room service we called the front desk and asked if they even had it and they connected us. The spa doesn't answer the phone and you may or may not get ice when you order it. There is a reason that the breakfast is free.

Review 25：The Restaurant service was very poor, and the food was not as it was described in the menu. The bathtub did not drain, the kitchen was only partially ready for use. floors were stained and needed vacuum cleaning. the windows were extremely dirty with no window screens.

Review 27：Expensive. No remote for the tv. Lounge closed as soon as we arrived at 9. Pool was closed due to construction with newspaper floating in it, so I'm assuming it's been closed for awhile. The check in lady told us it was open 24/7 so very disappointed. The staff acted like it was their first day when they checked us in. It was super chaotic when a lady with a wheelchair needed assistance. It had to be that staff person's first day on the job. When maintenance came with a remote, he didn't know how to program the remote to the tv.

Review 29：It was valentines day 2015 First we weren't able to check in until 5 pm the staff was rude. Than when we got into our king room the smell was over whelming we had to buy scented candles, open the window and door to air it out. The decor of the room was one of a nursing home it matched the smell. The floors were stained up the chairs were broken. Thee worst stay ever and we paid 192.17 over priced for sure.

Review 30：TV/Cable box not working in 2 of 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms had toilet issues. My room had a broken thermostat box so the fan went all night and was noisy. 2 bedrooms lost sleep over a noisy pool/spa party. No one responded to first complaint. Finally, at 2 a.m. security broke up the party. :(

Review 31：Two bedrooms were very quiet. Large space and beds were VERY comfortable.

Review 32：I stayed in the suite that has the full living room and small kitchen. The furnishings in the living room are dated and a bit shabby looking. The kitchen had only 2 plates, cups, and a few pieces of silver ware, which was enough for the two of us , but certainly not the number of people who could fit in the room.

Review 33：The location was excellent to my needs. The grounds were pretty and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. The bed was super comfortable!!! Bookings.com reserved the wrong room for us (standard room, whereas I booked and paid for the double suite.) The staff at the hotel made good on my intended booking, no questions asked.

Review 34：this place is great during the summer for younger adults it's a golf resort that's pretty high end with nice rooms try to get a room that has a golf course view they have been remodeled take into consideration but no one plays golf in Arizona during the summer when it's over 100 degrees out so take advantage of their wonderful pool and cheap rooms because they jack up the rates during winter to double

Review 62：1 open laundry mat. Shuttle of 5 miles till we found out that they would drive us anywhere... after $400 in cab rides. Poor, unknowledgeable, RUDE service. Under construction but still charged the same prices. Didnt get picked up for the airport the last night after they OFFERED to take us. Pretty amateur all the way around. Next year we wont be back.

Review 64：The unit was supposed to have been recently renovated, but the furniture had cuts in it and the carpet was stained and had a cigarette burn (in a non-smoking unit). The bathroom had not been touched by the renovation - the wallpaper was peeling, the fan was much too loud and the fixtures were old. The deadbolts did not work due to shifting doors. The efficiency kitchen was without plates, bowls or silverware. The front door leaked and nobody came to remove the standing water in the living room. There were two television sets in the unit, but only one remote to control both units. The restaurant was really bad

Review 70：We arrived with 3 guests. They gave my husband some passes for breakfast buffet for 2 guests. When my husband asked for additional pass for our daughter the clerk indicated that she couldn't give us more because we booked through a 3rd party and even indicated that we should give back the ones she gave us! We didn't. Dirty dishes were on the balcony when we arrived and stayed there for two days until I asked them to remove them. The sofa bed did not have bedding. We needed to request it. Also had to request 3rd set of towels. King bed was 'short sheeted'. I remade bed the 2nd morning. Maids remade again and again 'short-sheeted'. I had to tell front desk to tell housekeeping NOT to make bed. Unit had small kitchen but NO cooking utensils. Only 2 coffee mugs, etc.

Review 71：LocatIon was good. Restaurant featured good breakfast and restaurant staff was very good. Housekeeping responded quickly when called.

Review 72：The room was dirty and they had to do a deep cleaning on it. We werethere 7 days and the bottom sheet was changed on day 6. Never could notuse our computer in the room. There was nothing in the kitchenette tocook with. The tvs are old tube sets with very limited channels. One ofthe owners said they are updating the tvs. They need to update thecleaning staff and front desk people also.
