Review 1：Staff was not so friendly. Hardly gave a smile! Extremely stiff. We also had some issues as we stayed for a couple of nights and when we made a dinner reservation for the second night, we were told that the restaurant was fully booked. That is totally unacceptable, guests should always have preference over locals coming for dinner. However, we were offered a table at last minute, but only because someone else cancelled.. In general, one had the feeling that staff was making you a favor for staying there...

Review 3：Location was very good. Can walk down to Durbuy (and climb back up:). Can travel around (by car). Breakfast is ok. Restaurant and other facilities are great. Parking and WiFi - all there:)

Review 10：Booked this hotel being only 22 miles from Spa "Belgium GrandPrix", but took 1 hour to get there, sat nav info place code infirst "1590 example number",city "Barvaux", country"Belgium", and it will take your there, if you place any otherinformation it wont get you there
