Review 1：Repair work ongoing for Xmas in the restaurant.

Review 2：One of those paradise to stay to resource yourself. Excellent service dedication from all staff and management. Our stay was fantastic. Care to details to make your stay memorable.

Review 3：We couldn't listen to music very loud because the nievhbors were too close and complained. One of the pillows looked like it has a drop of blood on it and was never changed when cleaning the room. The hot water wasn't working until they came to fix it and lastly it is very secluded and nothing to do around the resort. Even the restaurants were empty.

Review 4：The bed was very comfortable and staff were helpful. All the room amenities were great.

Review 5：The staff had not the first clue about managing the pool and keeping the water clean. Our pool went dark green with algae so we had to move villas and then the second pool went cloudy and green. The menu is unimaginative no chef specials. No barbecuing. No fresh fish.

Review 9：Great design but furnitures has to be renewed... Pool not really cristalline clear, and beach not very clean, but this seems to be usual in Thailande. To sum up, very comfortable place for design lovers

Review 10：Temperature of water in a shower is not stable. All furniture is tired, dirty and in holes. Dont ask a stuff to switch on your private waterfall, they need to go under floor for this reason, too complicate. And someone stolen a mob on a hotels parking, be carryful.

Review 17：This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. I stayed here for one night. The pool near the private beach was undoubtedly my favorite and the private beach itself was fantastic. The 4K restaurant was so quaint and served delicious cocktails. The villa I have booked was beautiful. Having said that the bed was so huge and comfortable. All in all this was a great place to stay and I would love to return next time. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 19：The design of the resort is funky and cool. If you love design this is the hotel for you. Great villas, huge bathroom and really clean. Loved the beach its quiet and natural. Large resort pool and restaurant are right on the beachfront. Thai food is tasty and responsible price. Local friendly staff. The resort is at the peaceful end of the island, great for couples like us, not for partying people.

Review 20：The beach is absolutely terrible in August (non existant) and resembles a big dirty sandpit for most of the day. Forget staying anywhere near here if you like beaches. The hotel is typical of poorly maintained minimalist design, i.e. it looks great on the photos (whenever they were taken!), but in reality was nothing like the photos as there clearly has been little or no reinvestment in the hotel since it was originally built. It also didn't help that there were very few guests around, so the place also lacked any life. We ended up spending much more money than we had intended by going to other beach bars along the coast for both lunch and dinner. We had one lunch at the hotel which was good and breakfast was reasonable, but otherwise nothing really positive to say. Nowhere near luxury in my opinion.

Review 37：Loved our private pool in the villa! The bathroom is huge and the villa is comfortable. They also served sparkling wine during breakfast. We will come back to Samui and to this hotel. Big thanks to the friendly and helpful staff!

Review 38：The electricity failed on two occasions. We had booked this particular hotel as we were attending a family wedding nearby and on the day of the wedding, we had no hot shower or electricity, ie no light near the mirror, ironing for clothes. Reception were as helpful as they could be but it was very inconvenient. It was obvious that this happens frequently. Also there was a mix up with the bill and we were charged for a taxi ride we had already paid for. This was rectified but if we had not been vigilant when handed the bill could easily have been missed and overcharged. Would not stay again for these reasons.

Review 39：We liked the design and the pool area. Welcome was good and generally attentive staff. Breakfast was good although there could have been more offered in the buffet section and we were often 'hurried on' at breakfast closing time which you don't expect at this standard of hotel.

Review 44：I stayed at X2 Samui with my boyfriend. We loved the resort; it had that Zen type feeling, peace and quiet, no fuss, perfect for couples looking for a private holiday. The styling was so cool, clean cut and minimal. The whole resort is full of smart chic designs and architecture. We stayed in a villa with had plenty of space and a super comfy bed. The villa was spotless plus the housekeeping were really helpful. The spa was great, lots of treatments choices and it had just been upgraded. We had the champagne breakfast and it was delightful. The restaurant was on the beach looking out to sea and it was always quiet.

Review 45：Loved the resort and loved Samui. Everything about the resort was so trendy, very cool architecture. The resort was a little far from Samui town but this meant the beaches were really quite. Both our private pool and the huge public pool were amazing, again super trendy with bright orange decking. The beach was great, and it was made even better when we ordered food and ate dinner on it. Great resort, nice rooms, quite, good staff just a little far from town if you wanted to go out.

Review 47：We stayed at X2 Samui for our honeymoon. It was amazing so quite, peaceful and romantic. The staff we nice and friendly, but what we loved was the style of the resort. We stayed in a private pool villa, it had everything we wanted, really comfortable, and very very romantic. The resort restaurant was on the right beach and served great selection of really tasty food. Loved the resort and Samui and we will try to go back for our wedding anniversary, someday.

Review 48：We stayed for just one night at X2 Samui on our way to Koh Tao, but I wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were very friendly to us and made sure we had a great stay. The Resort is a little way from the town but for us this was great and allowed us to have a really relaxing and peaceful day. Some renovation work had just been finished and we could really tell, the decking around the pool looked fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Review 49：Only downside is lack of beach. There is a very long shelf on this partof the island and requires you to walk out pretty far for any seaswimming. Your private pool in your villa or the largest inifinity poolin Koh Samui will easily compensate for this however.

Review 50：Wow, where to even start. X2 and the staff were so tentative and amazingthat my wife and I were speechless from the moment we arrived. X2 isreally nice and quiet since it is on the southeast corner of the islandaway from all the hustle and bustle of Chaweng and Lamai yet not too faryou can't hire a private driver from x2 to take you anytime youwant. We liked being able to do tours, massages at x2, scooter rentals,lunch, dinner, private driver, or laundry and having the ability to havethe amazing staff book it all for you and bill it to the room. Thebottomless champagne breakfast on the Al a Carte menu every morningwhile sitting on the beach is priceless. Would highly recommend thisresort to anyone looking for serenity and budget. Don't forget tocheck out a not so well known restaurant called "The JungleClub". You can thank us later for finding this little jewel.

Review 51：Hotel staff barely speaks English though very kind and nice. The beachare is not attended, rather dirty and underdeveloped, lacking concept toconnect with the pool and bar area.

The Zen style effects are serene and having spoken to the new General Manager David we were delighted to hear that a program of improvements and refreshments works were underway. Review 56：The concierge staff on arrival were friendly and effecient as were the porters. The restaurant staff were more than helpful and always happy to serve with a smile. The food selection was fairly good but nothing to get excited about.The large main swimming pool is great when you need a bit more room than the plunge pool in the villas. the apple tv with a varied selection of music and movies was also good for those lazy afternoons.
