Review 1：After a driver with a 6 year old of 6 hours our checking in process was awful, we were sent to three separate locations to register, even though our reservation was found no one would check up in and we spent 1 hour driving around and back to where we started.

Review 5：I had googled "cheap hotel near beach in Hilton Head." and chose the SR Hotel based on its proximity. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a top rate facility not only within walking distance to the public beach but also to restaurants, shops, & a grocery store.It had both an indoor and an outdoor pool & hot tub and I even was able to attend a water aerobics class!
Review 6：There were workers updating the carpet on our hallway during one of the days we were there. They started banging into the floor at 9am but they got the work done within the day. It just would have been nice to have gotten a warning from the staff beforehand.
Review 7：place was a great value for our money! comfy beds, spacious room with lots of natural light, close to restaurants and beach. Just a quick 2 minute drive to beach. We could have walked but it was rainy while we were there.
Review 8：Unit A where we stayed definitely did NOT come up to the Spinnaker image. It either needs a major overhaul, or should be retired into service as staff quarters, maybe offices. Run down and uninviting now.

Review 10：Housekeeping went into our rooms even with the "Do not Disturb" sign posted. Did not want anyone going in when we weren't there so hung the sign. Two times the housekeepers were in our rooms when we returned. Did not like that.

Review 25：Comfortable accommodations and an immense property with something for everyone on the island. Only stayed one night while visiting family staying at Evian and it was perfect. We'll be back.
Review 26：As vacationers we were disappointed that the pool area was closed at5:30 on the Saturday/Sunday and 7:30 during the week. Most days wedid not return to the hotel until early to late evenings. We had plannedto end our days in the hot tub but it was always closed.
