Review 1：Had to check in at 10 pm. Manager buzzed me in to a tiny space where she was behind a security desk.. A red flag popped up in my head. Got into room. Checked out the situation. Bed was almost comfortable. That was the only positive. Looked in the bathroom. Towels like sandpaper and frayed...Sink had hairs in it...then the shower.....horrors!....orange and black mold on tile & grout....Stayed anyway because there was no other place... Unfriendly noises outside...No extra security lock like most motels have...Tried to sleep anyway...fell asleep from exhaustion about 4 am. Honestly...I would give it a 1 rating! Oh.. I pointed out the mold to the manager...She said it would be fixed the next time I came....there will be NO NEXT TIME!

Review 3：Very shabby, especially the bathroom. Can't be more minimal or tacky, no frills whatsoever, rough towels, etc, sink at child's height No water in the pool. OK if you just need a place to sleep for a night or two in the area. Have no expectations.

Review 5：We checked in and went to the room, we were not impressed - carpets were dirty, furniture was pretty beat up. We decided to stay because we were tired, big mistake. Laying on the bed reading, and across the sheets crawls a bug. The man in the office was nice enough to refund our money, and said they would take care of it. But we moved to a different motel.

Review 6：Shower but no bath tub. The shower was barely large enough to turn around in.

Review 7：It was very clean and the furniture was in pretty good shape. Although I didn't use it, the kitchen was awesome.

Review 8：The bathroom could use a litte updating and larger bath towels. They don't provide anything extra, but if you need a hair dryer or iron you can ask for one.

Review 10：The rooms at this nice little place were clean. The motel staff were helpful when we had a problem with the air-conditioner in our room. We were moved right away to a different room which was important since the weather was in the upper 90s while we were there.

Review 11：Since this small motel also catered to smokers, I asked to see (and smell) the room/s I was interested in renting. The owner was quite gracious, and let me check. She also went the extra mile to help my friend and I with this. Thank you. The room was indeed a Non-Smoking, very clean and comfortable stay. The quality for the price was exceptional. Would recommend this establishment--as well as bookings.com to anyone interested.

Review 12：The owner was rude (lady), I requested a early check in (online) When I arrived she tried to charge me a extra fee for checking in early and the room wasn't even ready..I couldn't link to there Wifi and her response was "walk to the back of the hotel near the garage for a better signal" it wasn't the signal it was thier wireless router..

Review 34：The hustle I got at check-in to pay an extra $5 for an "upgraded" room that was no different than any other room. Do yourself a favor, pay online, not at the hotel, and avoid the hustle and otherwise it's an ok place that lives up to its name - a Budget hotel.

I was polite during my 20 minute argument with the family that owned the hotel. I had to upload my reservation from my phone and place it to the glass window for proof.

Majorconstruction going across street, 7:30 in morning on aSaturday...Horrible, would never recommend. Motel 6 is nicer, cheaperand has coffee.

Review 53：I booked this because it was close to Davis and all Davis places werebooked on graduation weekend in June. &Quot;Free" internet; airconditioner worked well, but noisy. Room was decent size.

Review 58：The room was not as described on the web site, the "kitchenette" was non existant, there was a tv, below the tv was a microwave, and a dorm fridge, the way the dorm fridge is set in a closed in box, it was trapping so much heat that it barely cooled anything down, much less got cold. the table had a broken leg on it, and the bathroom was so dusty, like it hadn't been cleaned for a while, you know, along the edges, and in the cabinet, etc.

So I wassurprised upon arrival to be told that pets were not allowed. I wasstill able to stay, but was overcharged, by @$5, though she claimed itwas the tax, which was now 20% instead of the actual 11%. I had amoving truck and was told to park parallel to my room and the nextmorning I was blocked in. Definitely not good parking for anyone with atruck or towing.The room was adequate, but the whole experience was definitely not what I was looking for. I chose this as an alternative Motel 6, because reviews were not positive about that location, but I think I would have been better off, since there would be no confusion with them.
