Review 1:I stayed for two nights and they did not make up my room between the first night and the second. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed between the last visitor and me. The floor had hair on it that looked like dog hair.

Review 2:Conveniently located. Clean enough to feel comfortable.

Review 3:I had to get my room switched do to no towels, sheets or cloths an was downgraded from a king to a double deluxe since no other kings were available an the price difference was only $2...very outraged that i travel a long distance for my room to not be ready, downgraded an the price was not drastically different. Toilets did not look fully clean.

Review 4:There were alot of convenient amenities around an i had the other things i needed in room like a microwave, fridge, etc. Was glad i did get a timely response on switching out the rooms just was not happy with the entire outcome.

Review 7:This is not a bad experience just a heads up for other allergy sufferers. I did not realize it was a pet friendly facility. I am severely allergic to pet dander. Fortunately, I did not have any trouble. Another heads up: the route 46 traffic is audible from room. Not a problem for us but it could be for someone who is a light sleeper or unaccustomed to "city noises" .

Review 8:Friendly front desk staff. Great shower. Great hot coffee. Very clean.

Review 9:A bit off of the highway, but very good value. A bit rustic, but extremely clean and comfortable. And the wifi is free now, so that was also a plus. All in all a good stop for travellers.

Review 10:Only King size room have microwave & small refrig. Would be nice that ALL rooms had them. WITH STAFF- Red Roof needs help. When calling to confirm reservations Rep was too dizzy,(unable to find reservations after several attempts & had to get help and call us back). On arrival to Hotel Rep spoke to us as if it they were too tired to talk, like we were holding them up from something (Don't' really want to be there attitude (just hate my job). This was the treatment upon arrival & departure of hotel. When handed the receipt (at departure time), it was like the paper was too heavy to hand to us & Rep just went on with her conversation with another co-worker like we were not even staying there. No good morning, no how was your stay-* NOTHING.For me the staff doesn't value there customer. basically come in, go to your room, don't ask questions, pay your bill and get out. Oh & your cleaning person could not rush us out fast enough (knocking at the door over & over checking if we were still there when you have a list of chk outs in your hand) when it was only 9:47am & chk out time is 11am. Staff needs training on the importance customers, or need replacing. Sorry.

Review 11:The location was good. The outside of the property was clean. Room was clean and place was quiet at night (very important).

Review 61:Customer service sucked!! The covers had cigarette burn marks, yellow stains, the area smelled like beer, pea and smoke. I asked the concierge to change the covers he said he'll give me the new covers ...WHAT!!! I checked out and asked for a full refund.. Do not stay here unless you don't care about your safety, health, and comfort.

Review 63:The bathroom was not clean. Had to get toilet paper. No facial tissues, how much is it to put a box of tissues in each room. The sitting chair was dusty and dirty, had to sit on towel.

Review 65:I check-out one day early. Red Roof Inn staff refused to make anychanges and asked me to contact Booking.com. They stated that the moneywas paid to Booking.com and Red Roof Inn was not responsible for makingany changes. However, my credit card statement stated the money was paidto Red Roof Inn. Basically, when I checked out, I was not sure if Iwould get the refund or not and who was responsible for this.

Review 66:Clean and comfortable room. Staff was very professional and pleasent to talk with. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with clean towels , soap and shampoo.

Review 67:We were in a non smoking room but yet the blanket on my bed had 3 cigarette burn holes. I was too exhausted to do anything about it. There was also a spider in the bathroom and the next morning I notice the toilet wasn't very clean.

Review 72:The staff was very helpful. I asked to buy a bottle of water, and the desk manager just gave me one. The other guests were friendly, too. The room was clean, and quiet. The location was convenient for me. I was traveling in Morristown, but it was far cheaper to stay here, less than 10 minutes away.
