Reviews for Motel 6 Mesa North
Review 1:Room was supposed to be non smoking, room smelled like smoke. Towels were very thin. Bed cover had cigarette burns.
Review 2:Wood floors, shower water pressure was nice.
Review 3:Alright so...not only did I call to let the staff know what was going on. I went down and paid for the room and thought my sister was on thete to check in to decorate. This in fact was not true, they would not let her in so we had to pay for 2 more rooms. We get there and there is a man laying outside drunk or high. The sink in one room didn't work and hair in the bath rub and on the floor. Every car that drove out of their location was pulled over including me, followed by the police for 2 miles asking if I had drugs in my car. That's another issue. But I will never stay at this location.
Review 4:The rooms were newly renovation
Review 5:I asked for non-smoking room. The room stunk like smoke. The water coming out of the shower was very low. The staff in the morning was somewhat rude.
Review 6:Nothing.
Review 7:Inconsiderate guests slamming doors and smoking in nonsmoking rooms as it came through the air conditioning into are room. Could have cigarette butts swept up better on stairs ect.
Review 8:Price, Staff and location
Review 9:Rooms are old and dirty. Thought it would have been nicer for the price. Plus police arrested someone in a room near us by breaking the window, which they boarded up afterwards!
Review 10:Helpful friendly staff
Review 11:No blanket on beds No towels/washcloths in room Noisy - fight outside room Room not cleaned/clean towels every day. Door left open after maid service.
Review 12:Location
Review 13:WIFI was 2.99 per day for the lower end version. I asked if I could use my veterans discount to pay for the WIFI for the 3 days we were there. Turns out the veterans discount only applied to the 1st day of WIFI. They wanted me to pay for the other 2 days. I guess veterans are only worth $2.99 to them.
Review 14:Took 3 different keys to get into my hotel room. Once I got in, there was already someone else staying in there. After a long work day just wanted to relax and it took me an hour to do that. No discount for their mistake either. Oh well.
Review 15:The carpet was still moist when we entered the room. The internet was as slow as in any typical cooperate Motel6. Seems to be that towels were rare as there were none when we entered the room and the next morning had to wait a few hours before we got new towels.
Review 16:Pets are for free. The carpet in our room was freshly shampooed. Friendly staff. We got hot water from the reception. The pool was open. Laundry facilities on site.
Review 17:My daughter and I requested a non smoking room. The room we were given was clearly a smoking room. It smelled awful and had burn marks everywhere. We requested another room. This one smelled bad as well, but we didn't feel like moving again. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. We witnessed drug deals and people were smoking weed and drinking outside their rooms. It made me very uncomfortable. It made me afraid to take my dogs out for potty breaks. Not a good experience. Will not stay again when I come back into town to visit my family.
Review 18:Nothing
Review 19:Asked for non smoking room and got a smoking room but I was in a hurry and no time to change rooms

Review 34:I did not know that it was in such a bad part of town.
Review 35:Distance from event I was attending.
Review 36:I didn't stay. I walked into the room and it smelled awful! It smelled like a mildewed sweat sock that someone used to wipe with! So, got a refund and I left.
Review 37:Leaving
Review 38:The door wouldn't unlock on first hotel room I was given, so I was moved (the girl at the desk was nice enough, though). There were no towels, and there were blood spots on the bathroom floor. The sheets were super uncomfortable and the pillow cases didn't fully cover the pillows. I have a pretty low bar for what is acceptable in a cheap hotel, but this one just felt dirty and creepy.
Review 39:Arrived at the room and the toilet was leaking had a puddle of water on the floor. People were noisy throughout the night. Tried to sleep in one morning asked staff to come back to clean, they never came back had to go ask for towels we were down to one. The bedspread had holes in it and there was a hole in the flooring in the bathroom.
Review 40:One of the mattresses was collapsed on one side. Making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The linen was dirty. The pillows were dirty. We had to go to the office several times to get towels and washcloths because the cleaning people did not leave us enough. We had to have our cards recoded several times because we could not get in the room. The room was overall filthy!
Review 41:The place was a dump.mesa police were their every night ,not just onecar but 3 or more.the place stunk and wasnt much bigger than the queenbed.it rents to people by the weeek and a lot of low lifes. Looks like agood place to buy drugs or whores but didnt go out much, missed out onthe attractions.its a step up from sleeping in the park. No shampoocoffee, hair dryer or ant thing else.usually stay at the days inn downthe street, but it was full. Its like night and day betweenthem'never never again
Review 42:No blanket on the bed. Sweltering heat when I arrived in the room.Comforter/bedspread had a huge cigarette burn in it. The television wassmall and outdated. The hot water took forever to come in. No tissues. No hairdryer. The room smelled horrible. Thank goodness it was a coldevening and I could sleep with the window partially open, otherwise thesmell of the cleaning products would have been toxic. After finding no hairdryer in the room, I called the front desk for one. There were none available. I will NEVER stay in another Motel 6 property. The $39.99 price became $55.00 after all the taxes. After all that.... no breakfast
Review 43:One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
