Review 1：Stronger WiFi, also sad we had no dinner show for our stay. They should let guests know this a summer only event.
Review 2：The beds were so comfy and the outdoor pool look nice to bad it was to cold during our stay. Yummy breakfast on site (not included in room rate) The staff was GREAT!
Review 3：Did not get the room we booked online. Staff blamed booking.com for mistake and was very matter of fact (short of rude) in explaining there was nothing they could do about it. Never offered to discount the room or offer us anything else. The room we got had too many flaws to mention here. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Review 5：I went after the "season" in late September, so the bar & restaurant were not open ... They were only open for breakfast. Personal preference - I prefer to stay somewhere with a bar & good food. What I did not appreciate was that I did not find out the bar & kitchen wEre closed till AFTER I checked in. Even the big sign over the entrance advertised polinisian shows & hours of operation for the lounge ... But none of it was open. None the less, I was ok with all that because for the price, it was worth walking into town, or across the street for drinks & food.
Review 6：- depending on what your looking for ... The Location is arguably very good, not ideal, not right in the middle of things, but for the price, close enough for me. Only a 10 - 15 minuet walk Into town ... & 2 of the best restaurants are 1/2 way along that walk. - room was better & cleaner than expected for the price.
Review 7：no idea where the ice machine was. Pool not heated. no hot tub. room not very clean. Found old paper bowls in the room under the curtains. folding door between bathroom and rest of room did not stay on track. Dirt on outdoor walkway was always swept into a pile in front of our door.
Review 8：Facility needs upgrading. Ground level suite has sliding glass door, but no screen door. A/C misplaced in room...air blows directly on bed. No option to redirect airflow. Bathroom should have exhaust fan. Shower should have larger shelf to put soap or shampoo bottle. Pool area needs more umbrellas...only has 4.

Review 10：The front staff were unapproachable give incorrect directions. The bar was no longer stocked so you could only have a limited amount of drinks nothing we liked. The breakfast came piece meal so you waited for everything.

( someone was hiding them). No reimbursement just bought breakfast. And the wifi sucks. It's doesn't work if your in the hotel separate from the main office.

Review 29：The place is filthy! I am not someone who would typically complain, butthis place was full of mold. The staff did fully refund us, as they weresold out and couldn't move us to a new room. Not sure moving withinthe hotel would have helped much anyway. We took a walk around theentire facility and noticed filth in nearly all the hallways. Thebaseboards were covered in black dust, and there was a good among ofstaining and spills on the floors/carpets.

Review 32：room was full of spiders and webs inside and out. I happen to have a son who has arachnophobia and I had to use my own person bug spray to get rid of them on the first night. I told the front desk and they did have someone spray outside, but the maid was very rude when I asked her to check for spiders and webs. she was cleaning the room next door and slammed the door in my face and it was almost 4pm and our room was not cleaned. I don't know if she sprayed inside, but I did it again.

Review 34：No weights in the gym and it didn't open until late. Most People like to get a workout in before the days starts.Why no pans or silver ware if there is a mini stove? What would we have cooked with? Get rid of the stove and replace with micro wave.
Review 35：So close to the lake. Loved the atmosphere of the resort.Although pool and deck were gorgeous, we never found time to use them.knowing they were there if we needed to chill was nice though.
Review 36：Bathroom was full of hair. Sink was so shallow water splashed everywhere and the toilet was so low to the ground and water level so high it splashed all over you. Disgusting!

Review 39：I didn't like how run down & dirty the resort was. The first floor by the stairs smelled like damp clothes the whole time we stayed at the hotel. The hallways & stairs were filthy & were not swept the whole time we were there. Some of the plastic material on the steps needs to be replaced as it is broken off or missing which makes it unsafe. The bathroom floor & shower were dirty. I tried to wipe yellow spots from the floor but they seem to have been there so long they would not disappear. And lastly with no elevators on the property, it was extremely difficult to go up & down the stairs with my small child & my husband who has a bad knee.
Review 40：I enjoyed being so close to the strip and the lake. We walked everywhere. I enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony but it would make a better view if the trees were trimmed so that I was not viewing them through the trees. The pools were very cleaned & we enjoyed those very much.

Outdoor patio didn't open until 1:30 so if you didn't catch breakfast you had to wait. Did not replenish towels, did not text like promised when we arrived when room was ready- broken swings, no lifeguard at all- just very unsatisfied for the money paid per night.

There was no wifi connection in the room and I was told that it was because of the cement walls in the building. This was an issue when traveling with teenagers. Also, the "cement" walls were very thin so my family could not sleep at night because the guests in the next room where yelling at their crying child all night.

Review 68：Room was not the cleanest, and I was surprised by the hotel's policy of offering guests the option of refusing housekeeping services in exchange for food/drink vouchers. I'm happy to reuse towels to save energy, but didn't realize agreeing to this meant I would be making the beds and wiping down the bathroom myself each day. Other than that, it was a typically unexceptional hotel stay.

Review 80：Too much noise - we constantly heard noise from outside (other guests, children running and screaming, doors slamming, road noise from traffic), from next door and from above us. We were also turned off by the loud music coming from the Rocktoberfest nearby. The firepit that was lit every night on the terrace gave off smoke that we smelled in our room causing our eyes to continuously tear up. There is a musty odor walking through the main building.

Review 101：After I made the reservation, when I call Tiki resort, they offered me 10% discount on AAA members and after I checked in I showed them the AAA card and they made a copy of it. When I checked out, I asked them to apply my discount, two people from the admin office doesn't want to give me discount or talked to me in nice language. Since I didn't want to aruge further I checked out and left. I wont recommend this resort to anyone. The garden cafe staff was very polite.
Review 102：The resort is in desperate need of a renovation. Its very old and filthy. The walls in our room had stains. The bathroom smelled of urine, the sink had mold all around it. We had to request it be cleaned. Absolutely disgusting!!! The vent in the bathroom not working. No microwave in the room. It was very disappointing, I will NEVER stay there again

Indoor pool so small we didn't get to use it because another family was in there and there was no room. Old mattresses and garbage stacked outside at the real of the hotel grounds. Horrible B-grade Hawaiian music playing from main building outside over speaker almost 24/7. Modern lounge music would have accomplished the same desired goal and sounded 100% better.

Review 129：The floors are tile and although clean, was unusual. It wasn't difficult to track dirt into the room and once you did, walking on the floor was uncomfortable. Besides that I don't have a lot of complaints. (my kids were frustrated that the WiFi connection was poor and unless you connected very early in the morning, or very late at night it was pretty much useless to even try)
Review 130：The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the beach as well as main street shops. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the food or show. The fire pit on the patio in the evenings was a nice touch.
Review 131：The neighbors next door would go out on the balcony from 2-4 in the morning and party. Called front desk both nights and they sent someone by to make them go inside. The door to the room was open all day and night with as many as 15 people at a time in the room. Not sure why Tiki Resorts Management would let this go on for three days without doing something.
