Review 1：The entertrainment is 80% dedicated to the nordic tourists. If you are from another countries the fitness classes or other planned activities might be canceled. There are a lot of stones in the water and on the beach, so it's love/hate thing.

Review 2：Amazing location! You can enjoy the breathtaking seaview enywhere you go: from the balcony, in the elevator, in the restaurant and the bars, from the outdoor pools and from the entertrainment stage! Rooms: large, newelly furbished, practical & stylish in the same time; the cleaning & towels/sheets change is done upon request so do not forget to put the tag on the door for that. Food: although it doesn't have a festive display, the food is very tasty, varied & fresh. Service: the staff is polite and friendly, but not so much looking for chatting with customers as in other bulgarian resorts. I can tell that the contract with north-european countries influenced them to be more distant in relation with the tourists. The beach: there is a private wild beach with sunbeds for AI guests; it is well maintained as well as the outdoor pools The gardens: there is enough space for a long walk and multisport fields

Review 3：The beach was a let down. More sand is needed on the beach. It still has a building site feel to it. The car park also needs finishing off. The price paid at hotel was different to the one quoted on booking.com

Review 4：The food was exceptional for buffet style. The entertaiment was good..days of disco and rock were both very well done.

Review 6：All was ok, less the entrance in the water, excellent report price/quality. The hotel is recommended for families with children. The food was good, all inclusive bar on the beach is a good idea.

Personalul ar putea fi putin mai orientat catre clienti si mai ales catre copii- nu prea stiu sa rezolve situatiile de criza si au niste proceduri f stricte si destul de ilogice din punctul meu de vedere (ex. nu am putut face check in-ul inainte de ora 14.00 - ok, regula este regula, dar nu ne-au dat nici bratarile pentru a putea merge la masa cu toate ca eram cu copii mici carora le era foame). The staff could be a little bit more client oriented and especially more child friendly - they don't know how to behave in a crisis situation and they have some strict procedures and somehow illogical from my point of view (e.g. we could not do the check in until 14.00 - that's OK, a rule is a rule - but they didn't gave us the food bracelets although we were entitled to and we were with small children). 2. Cu toate ca am gasit de fiecare data cate ceva sa-i dau copilului sa manance, nu pot spune ca mancarea lor este pregatita pentru copii mici - foarte multe sosuri si prajeli - de altfel mancarea a fost f buna (pt adulti), iar ca plus, pot spune ca au avut f multe fructe si salate. Although I could find everytime something to eat for my child I cannot say that their food is prepared in a very child friendly mode - many sauces and fried foods - otherwise the food was very good (for adults) and as a plus I can say that they had a lot of fruits and salads.

Review 9：We had to wait at the reception quite a bit, There was insufficient staff or they were both focusing on the same client instead of dividing tasks. There beach was a bit rocky, would be useful to remove some of them.

Review 10：The rooms (studio) were really lovely, the rooms were large, with good light, the furniture was really nice. The restaurants were also nicely furnished, everything was new, clean, very appealing.

Review 11：Although we did not use the Diana's snack bar the alinclusive part had three little trays that contained chicken or fish fingers, chips and one pizza, a very sorry sight indeed. It was a real dissapointment from the main restruarant, but I guess it was only a snack area.

Review 19：Discrimation policy - nordic people were accomadated in new builidng and all other people in old buildings. Celanig staff poor. Beach and sea not prepared for this season. we had to go to other beach to go in water because of mud and rocks in teh water.

Review 21：We were very disappointed. First, we had to wait more than three hours until the check in, even if we arrived before the Scandinavian group. The accomodation was on the hill, very far from the studios presented on booking.com. The reception staff was totally unprofessional, as they couldn't find our reservation at the hotel. At last, after calling the manager, they found our booking and we've been asked to pay before getting to the room. Finally, we stayed only two nights, instead of three and we payed the whole amount.

Review 22：Poor customer service (they have no clue what available rooms they have and how to treat exceptions), rooms not properly cleaned (cobwebs in the room and in the shower, plates with food lingering on hallways for several days), overall lack of care.

Review 24：A sharper control of those who would need to maintain cleanliness Cleanliness - no dusting, no change underwear. Not paying attention to the details of the cleaning. Towels - I found that if you throw them in the laundry basket in the bathroom when they change. But if all are dirty. We recommend them to come home. To us it was the first time I left home without towels and we were fine. At the restaurant a few of the staff rid meals, eating from plates of food (not normal especially in front of clients) offer all-inclusive light Camera - avoid double !!! (Which is also the cheapest) are back buildings on the hill, the blue. There are old buildings. TV - 95% are coded only post items that you can look is Eurosport 2. Undiversified food and feel that there is reuse and the other day ... .. Cakes with lots of cream - not our taste; like supermarket cake. Beach - area - very little sand and many rocks in the water. On the right side is ok in water lifeguard.

Review 25：Studios are spacious (with balcony 55m²) equipped with electric hob induction (dishes, 2 pots for preparing food, plates, cups water / wine, cups, cutlery etc.), fridge, microwave oven, clothes dryer balcony, air conditioning, smart TV, hairdryer ...... soundproofing in rooms lacking. Free parking and guarded. Free wifi throughout the complex, although the site says that it pays. You should request the password at the reception (it is the room). Location - near the beach. Silence. Children's pool with heated water (0.40m). Program activities for children according to age - find the reception folder. Another two pools: one for adults, one for older children (max. 1.40M). Very comfortable lounge chairs. The hotel is built / integrated very well in the area. Price / quality 3 star hotel is ok.

Review 26：There were big spiders in my room. Towels were dirty. The food was Poor quality. I expected to be treated with mire respect as I payd a lot of money for the room. ETC....

Review 28：the fact that on the site booking.com shows some pictures and the interior is not the same. The pictures shows the apartments from downstairs and the accomodation is upstairs. More than that, only at the reception I was informed that the access to the pools is not included due to the fact that "the pools are small and it's only for the guests downstairs". Ok! But why it's not written on the site? Also, the cleanliness is very poor. The internet connection is very poor, even the paid one. Every afternoon you have to climb something like 50-75 m level difference to get to the room.

Review 30：Very strange shedule / working hours of the Animators team. It was absolutely no coordinated with the time for afternoon sleep, time for beach and etc. And it was only for the foreigners. Double rooms doesn't allow access to the swimming pools, which was not clear at the time of reservation trough booking, furthermore the surch was exactly with pool as a searching criteria!

Review 31：The location and the swimming pools. Perfect place for a young children. Very nice and shine staff and one of the best facilities and compfort in our seaside. Exellent food.

Review 32：The rooms do not correspond to the pictures presented. We did not have acces to some of the facilities which were meant to be included and sometimes I felt the staff was just being rude. The beach was dirty. The towels were so dirty they had black spots...

Review 34：- hard to find (no signs to the hotel), make sure to have a map - the staff is not well trained and not very friendly (except reception) - the hotel has it's own private beach but it is poorly cleaned - they are missing a do not disturb sign from the room (we woke up with the cleaning lady entering over us in the room several times, and once she even started cleaning while we were inside) - we were supposed to checkin on sunday, but we had some issues and tried to contact the hotel but nobody answered neither on phone or email

Review 35：- a great location for families with young children - great positioning, with great view over the sea, quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxation - the room (studio with balcony) is very spacious, the kitchen is also fully equipped, and the furniture is new and modern - the food is not that varied, but it is really good and fresh - the hotel has a supermarket and a souvenir shop also - it also has a small outdoor playground (surcharge) for children with inflatable slide and trampoline - it has free ice cream for all-inclusive guests :) - at the reception they speak really good english - we had the "pleasure" to meet the manager, but she was a professional and managed to handle our situation

Review 36：the pool is awful...there's some green stuff at the bottom, and you can feel the bottom slippery (something growing down there:) ). we've had scuba gear, but u could barely see anything with the googles on... The kids-pool was better, in the sense that there was some chlorine inside...but that's it. The staff is very rude and they make u feel like u are disturbing them every time you ask for anything. There is no bottled water, the beer/sodas are awful (it's so bad, that there's actually a supermarket right next to it, where you can buy stuff) - well, the icecream was very nice:), but that didn't compensate for the rest. There's no option to charge the room...so if you want to buy something from a bar, you need to walk around with money on you. Overall, the pool and the staff are a real disappointment...too bad, because the rooms and the location are great!

Review 37：the rooms were impressive! very spacious, clean, good sound proofing, good AC, good everything on the room side! The food is ok, better than most other Bulgarian resorts, not so diverse though. great icecream:)

Putin cam mica pentru capacitatea hotelului. Bine ca am fost aproape singuri in ea. :) Mancarea sub orice critica ... refolosita, ... bleah. M-am reprofilat pe legume si fructe. Nu recomand sub nici o forma all-inclusive. Trebuie venit aici neaparat cu masina proprie. Locatia e destul de izolata. Mie asta imi place mult. Nu recomand celor care vor agitatie, viata de noapte.

Review 64：The food was very poor, Sunday evening they didn't offer us an all inclusive but a fix menu ( tomatoes salad, a soup and a little piece of fish, we were in the village to eat in a restaurant). Next morning a lot of flies were in the restaurant on bred, on milk. It was a disaster we leave the place after one night, my child and us we couldn,t stay there.
