Review 1：Only have no breakfast, but it doesn't matter. It's not necessary.

Review 2：Everything. Great location, it's easy to walk to S-Bahn only 5 Mins and can connect to Frankfurt Hbf(Main Train Station) only 2 stations (all only 10 Mins). Internet was very good. Value for money. So, I like everything in the hotel.

Review 3：The mattresses on the bunk beds were not as comfortable as the normal double bed the last time we stayed - ok for kids...

Review 5：Very small room, no place for luggage. Very small bath room. This hotel looks nice outside but very poor inside, it was very strong smell of paints. Instead of greeting in the room u see at once a note on the wall, that u have to pay 250 € fees if anything is happened with the furniture in this room. Its loud in the room cuz there is a train rail opposite to your window in 20 m. This hotel is far away from city center (about 3 km).

Review 7：Great hotel, especially when you consider the price! Room was a decent size with a great shower. Beds were really comfy and the covers were lovely and cosy. Train station was around a 7 minute walk away which took you into city centre Frankfurt where you can explore the surrounding area or board a train/plane to another destination. Would definitely stay here again!

Review 8：we were not happy that the cleaner were coming to our room early morning, ignoring the signed do not disturb. first they walk in at 8am when we were still in bed, second time at 8.45 when we were not dressed yet. the check out was at 11am. we were not very happy and will not stay there again.

Review 20：Separate mattresses in double bed is very uncomfortable. Check in after 3pm. I wrote them a mail saying we would arrive at 1pm but they didn't make any effort to prepare a room earlier for us even if then at 8am they were already cleaning rooms and if you forget the sign on the door they open the room door without knocking to check if is eampty early morning. Position is fairly good for business, less for sightseeing because you have to pay for transport to get to the center. If you are more central the city is small enough to just walk. Bike rent was more expensive than underground.

Review 25：The hotel is in a very nice place, close to the train station an the city centre is only ~~30min away on foot from the hotel. There's also a big shopping centre nearby where you can buy all the clothes/food/drinks etc. if you want to. I also liked, that you can buy beer/coffee/food at the reception, which is nice if you're arriving at midnight and still want a glass of beer/a snack. The room itself looks bigger in the photos, was kinda small irl, but that wasn't a problem really, still enough space for two in the bed/shower. Room has an a/c, small tv, decent view. Staff was friendly, polite, check in was smooth af. Would come back next time for sure.

Review 26：It would be good if there is a small aisle or shelves for basic goods like milk, etc. Cuz the walk to the nearest store is not a safe journey (especially near the train station) if you are caught up late at night

Review 35：Most of the hotel services meets the expectations the break fast which was very poor with limited options. THE staff was really excellent and cooperative.

Review 36：The staff working at reception are rude and totally useless. They have no common sense whatsoever when dealing with problems that clients may have. They don´t try to help at all and not even give you a smile. If you have any post sent there, to receive at your arrival, even if you put your full name and specify the days of your stay, you better let them know because otherwise they don´t even check and they return it. After my experience I read the reviews for this hotel and I can see we are not the only ones that think the same. This behaviour does not give a good impression of the city or it´s people thus they should not be dealing with tourists.

Review 37：The hotel is OK, clean and accepts pets; the location was convenient for what we needed. There is a mall and a tube station with good connections near by.

Review 38：The parking was horrible, you must pay 12 euros and deal with the hassle of going to the front desk every time you wanted to enter or leave to get a key for this ridiculous metal bar that blocked entrance to the few parking spots they did have. I suggest using a different method to regulate parking.

Review 41：We had a quadruple room with a double bed and 2 single bed bunk style. Checked in on the 17/10 and out on 19/10. Room and bathroom cleanliness looks ok on arrival. But after a night stay, we found a few bugs on one of the bunk bed mattress and one with blood. Made a complaint with the morning staff and requested to change to another room immediately as we had a small baby travelling with us and do not like to risk him being bitten on. Did not get the replacement room immediately as it was full house but was promised one as soon as someone checked out and they get it cleaned. While waiting we were offered breakfast voucher for that morning. The staff that attended to us that morning was a nice lady and did a good job. We didn't have to wait too long for the replacement room. The price of room was reasonable though there is no mini fridge, no kettle, no complimentary drinks and I would say quite a small room for 4. You get what you pay.

Review 121：This hotel is practical in two aspects. First, very reasonable price during my visit for stay. The room is clean, modern and nice. The breakfast is abundant, and has various choice of food. Second, the hotel is practical in geographic location. It is close to S-bahn which you can use to easily get to the city centre, and it is extremely close to the exhibition centre. There will be no other hotel that can give you such convenience with this cheap but high quality price.

Review 122：I booked a double room for single occupancy expecting a double duvet. The bed however was combined of two and they were set separately as two single beds. The shower has no shelves to put toiletries on. The shower gel was provided, but I struggled with my own shampoo, conditioner, etc, as the shower is quite small and bending over to pick these up was uncomfortable.

There were some metal plates between the 2 beds and if you want to hug the person next to you you end up having these things stubbing you. On one side is the train rails and it is quite noisy. Review 138：The guy who checked us in was nice and helpful.. the one with the long hair.. can't remember his name. Others, especially the women are not polite in the tradition of hospitality. They're not accommodating. Of course is a self help hotel, but a smile and a nice reminder is welcome, not a glaring "I'll be with you in a moment." Not when there is a car waiting outside and as foreign drivers have no idea of standby rules out on the roadside.
