Review 1：Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, pull out couch was not the greatest in comfort for my daughter but everything else was very good. I would go there again. Restaurant is a short walk and very nice, along with the bar. We did not use the golf course but it looked really nice.

Review 2：Loud neighbors up at 3:00am, food wasn't hot at the restaurant, check in and out wasn't efficient. Housekeeping not done. Some rooms have a musty smell

Review 4：Pool was nice, but small. Tiny towels. Charged $10 extra per person per 24 hours for wifi - expensive with 3 teens! And then did not work unless outside and at the end of the path! Cleaner came as were preparing to go out for the day - I asked if she could work around us, or return in 5 minutes - but she left towels and did not return, so no beds made despite paying quite a high price for the accommodation. No washing detergent provided for washing machine.

Review 56：The room we had was very very noisy. Guests who were staying in room next to us were very loud. There seemed to be no noise barriers at all between rooms. Also the air conditioning units were right outside our unit and were very noisy. They would wake us every time they cycled throughout the night.

We couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower , so called the front desk and the maintenance man was at our door in 1 minute to show us the trick. very nice place, would like to stay for an extended time next time.

Review 66：You could hear the traffic noise from our bedroom in the unit (although it wasn't too noticeable later in the evening). The footfalls from the unit above us were quite noticeable - it did sound like they were playing basketball at times.

Review 67：The layout of the unit was ideal for us with the lock-out because it provided an area for my 84-year old mother to rest quietly when she needed to do so (and turn the thermostat up to 80!) It was conveniently located between grocery stores and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating! The pool and hot tub areas were very nice.

I saw a whirlpool tub in the room and after 7 hours driving could not wait to get in. I got enough hot water at 9pm for 3 inches of water. Then next morning husband got lukewarm shower. When I complained (twice) I was told that the neighbor must have been using the water. Sorry, lame excuse. Stayed at a much cheaper place for 4 nights and had all the hot water I could hope for. Your place does not have adequate hot water. Not sure I would go back.

Review 85：Everything seemed to be out of order while we were there. The pool was closed, the hot tub was broken, our jet tub in one of the bedrooms was not working, the internet wat either not working or very very slow. Had these all been working then I would have rated the hotel much higher. Overall nice place just unfortunate that everything seemed to be not working while we were there.

Review 87：The check-in time is 4 pm, which is late in the day. The check-out time is 10 am, which is too early in the morning. The check-in time should be around 2 pm and the check-out at noon.

Review 88：We enjoyed the pool and outdoor activities at the resort. It is close to shopping and in a very nice part of Mesa. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fantastic for a family of 6 who needed to bake and serve meals in the room. We were able to bake several things for Thanksgiving right in the room.

Review 89：There is not enough parking, most of the time we had to park on the opposite side of the property. The rooms and facility as a whole was clean, but they definitely do not do thorough deep cleaning. The tile floor as you walk in the room and in the bathroom look like they have never been scrubbed or cleaned around the edges. The room was very small, but we did not spend much time in there so , that was not much of an issue for us.

Review 90：The location was perfect for our needs. The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful. The facility was very nice, and convenient. The bathroom was very roomy and loved the shower, whirlpool combo. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, sink and glasses and table service for 2, and a nice little table and chairs.

Review 91：Check-in and check-out times are a bit unreasonable. Checking in after 4 PM, then having to check out at 10 AM limits opportunities in the Phoenix area. If the problem is limited service personnel, then hire more people.

The bathroom had some problems-the toilet paper holder was broke, the tiles were chipped/cracked and had long dark hairs all over, the nice jacuzzi tub had multiple cracks in the middle of the tub which the front part of the tub felt squishy when stepped on.
