Reviews for Ferah Hotel

Review 1:The bed was not really comfortable and the shower still has sand spread everywhere, I guess from the previous guests.

Review 2:I loved the location it was 10min away from the best spot to get to Patara beach. It is definitely worth the price though do not expect high standards either. All in all, great hosts and a nice room.

Review 3:No bad things

Review 4:Perfect everything. We got food poisoned in the village and they took care of us like parents. A real grandma here bringin us thermometers and whatnot. Will def come here again

Review 5:Everything is very clean. The room is comfortable, modern and ethnic-designed. Nice garden and pool. Tasty breakfasts and everything of the cookery in the hotel’s restaurant. The friendliness and responsiveness of the staff, so willing to provide anything extra. Recommended!

Review 6:Waaaay too many mosquitos, not the fault of the hotel, though.

Review 7:The rooms were spacy and nice. The location was great, really close to Patara beach. The open buffet breakfast was lacking, there were no signs of the crepes that the other commenter spoke about.

Review 8:Everything good

Review 9:Nothing

Review 10:Staff friendliness and their help

Review 11:Really nice Pool. Nice Breakfast including free Crêpes. Spacy Room With balcony.

Review 12:Please note: hotel is not in correct place on Booking.com map

Review 13:Friendly staff Good breakfasts Pool Quiet location Great walks from the hotel

Review 14:the breakfast was terrific; the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you can smell the lemon and orange trees in your room; very peaceful and quiet; the owner and his family are very accommodating

Review 15:It was late season and beginning to be cool at night and in the morning. There was no top sheet or blanket, only the bed cover.

Review 16:This is a very nice little pension on the edge of a nice village near the seaside. The beach is beautiful and you can walk to it or drive. There is plenty of tourism infrastructure from horseback riding, quad runners and canoes to diving trips. The ruins that are being excavated are very interesting. The pension is in very nice condition and had a nice family suite for us with two rooms, on bath and kitchenette.

Review 17:The Ferah ist situated a few steps out of the center of Patara up a hill with a beautiful view, a nice terrasse and clean pool (which ist the meeting point for children). The breakfast buffet ist fair even if there is only coffee and tea included. the stuff is discret but very helpful and friendly.

Review 18:Nothing about the hotel, recommend it. Mosquitos are prolific, but the rooms have nets on the windows and mossie nets over the beds. Bring plenty of repellant for evenings out.

Review 19:Wonderful staff running this small family hotel, consistently kind and helpful. Lots of nationalities staying here, in a very relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Breakfast by the pool overlooking olive groves and orange trees is lovely, with fresh produce from the garden. The location is ideal, quiet but just a short stroll down the hill into the little village of Patara with a surprisingly good selection of cafes and restaurants. Visiting out of season in April the local Dolmus minibusses were a bit erratic and our own transport would have been good, but when it gets busier there are lots of transport options to the beach and nearby towns. We enjoyed the couple of kilometers walk down to the beach anyway, through stunning Lycean ruins open to discover at your leisure. Great place to stay for a low key, unspoilt Turkish holiday and excellent value.

Review 20:Very friendly hosts, nice location on the edge of the village, spacious room and very clean. Delicious oranges straight from the tree - they even gave us some to take with us when we left.

Review 21:Nothing ,everything was SUPERB!

Review 22:Everything,such a great hotel!Wonderful location and great staff.Amazing rooms and fantastic fish too.I would definitely return to this hotel as it's location is amazing!

Review 23:My only criticism is the beds could have better quality linens to make them more comfortable.

Review 24:The family that run the hotel are very friendly. Breakfast was as fresh as it could possibly be... The food is straight from their own gardens!

Review 25:The Ferah Hotel is a very quiet hotel with friendly family atmosphere. The food available is delicious and the portions bigger than in any restaurant in Patara, so worth it's money. It's the perfect place - outside the season, when we were there - to relax and unwind at the beach or the perfectly clean pool. It's set among pomegranate trees and grapes and all very tidy. The family puts a lot of time and money into the house, rooms and surroundings. They are very helpful, too, even though speaking Turkish is a plus here. We felt totally welcomed and will definitely come back.

Review 26:Breakfast could have had more variety, better coffee would have improved it. Rather a lot of mosquitos. Clothes storage in bedrooms limited.

Review 27:Charming house and beautiful gardens, friendly welcome from the family, relaxed and helpful service, very clean throughout (rooms, pool etc), very good evening meals, fruit and vegetables offered at breakfast home grown and quite delicious. Tea offered free on the terrace in the evenings. Bathrooms very well appointed, beds comfortable, air conditioning and mosquito nets effective. Charming balconies with super views. Pretty cats and an amazing rabbit. Patara is a very attractive little village, with many nice restaurants (some not so good) and some shops, plus ATM. Ferah is just a few steps from the centre of the village, which is 5 minutes drive from the perfectly unspoiled beach - this also has a good cafe.

Review 28:mosquitos ... but it's a problem of the whole area, not only of Ferah Hotel :)

Review 29:Ferah Hotel is in a very nice location away from the noise of the center but still at walking distance from it (~ 6/7 min walking). It has really nice rooms, large beds and a nice swimming pool.

Review 30:There are a lot of mosquitos in Patara - all beds in this hotel aresupplied with netting. We were too early in the year to use the pool.

Review 31:We stayed at the Ferah Hotel as a group of five - my wife and 3 olderchildren. They have recently refurnished the rooms - the bathrooms aremodern. This is a family run hotel with a resident rabbit and we met theentire family - from Grandma and Grandpa to the 5 year old daughter. Thehighlight was breakfast - the best that we had in Turkey. Most of thefood came from the family garden. The Hostess was attentive and helpedus to get our laundry done - one load in her washer and another in aneighbors. We really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel overlooks the Patararuins and is close to the famous beach.

Review 32:It was beginning to get cool, but they didn't really have blankets.

Review 33:I loved the walk to the beach through the ruins.

Review 34:mosquitos..

Review 35:Everything incredibly perfect:kitchen, staff, environment, pool, prices and,and,and...Maybe one of the best places in Turkey !
