Review 1：It would be good to have a spare blanket, I did find myself rather cold at night. I imagine I could have asked but I didn't want to get up and get dressed to go to the office. The non-smoking rooms smell a bit of smoke. I suspect that when they were converted to non-smoking, the carpets and/or drapes were not replaced.

Review 2：Very good value and convenient location for me when I come to town to visit family

Review 3：The wifi didn't work in the room. The desk clerk gave me a cable to connect directly to the server, but the cable jack was behind the headboard so I had to dismantle the bed to plug it in. The paint in the room was chipped in many places, the curtains were ripped and had holes in them. The bed cover had burn holes.

Review 5：We had 6 kids and it was bloody hot. They wanted to swim and the pool was broken. I asked why we weren't informed of the broken pool and was told we should have been. The room was ok. One bed had sheets that were stained and the floor was dirty but they were ok

I wanted to cancell when I got there...And the incompetent office clerk told me I had to settle this withbooking.com... I told the incompetent clerk booking had nothing to dowith this...its americas best value inn that was faulty for not advisingme... Plus the wifi is a big zero... Might aswell say it doesn'twork... Plus they had no ice ... The machine was broke... Plus thepeople at the front desk seem to not careat all about customers...thekind of employee ..who only want their pay and don't give a S...About customers.. Never ,ever will I book with low class motels likeamericas vbest value inn

Review 10：It would be nice to have a shower that is not set up for someone that is only four foot tall. I'm only six foot tall and the shower hits me in the chest.

Review 12：The room I was in (156) is a non-smoking room. Hoever, it wasn't always and still smells of cigarette smoke. I suspect the only way to get rid of that is to paint, recarpet and replaced the drapes.

Review 31：Not very fond of chain hotels, our first night in this locality was on an independent hotel with high rate in Booking.com. Second night, after being disappointed, we tried Americas Best Value and the experienced improved a lot!

Review 32：Yogurt, milk, etc. at breakfast were left out on ice rather than refrigerated. We came near the end of breakfast and most ice was melted, yogurts were warm. Plenty of other options, but we avoided the dairy.

Review 46：Staff courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and roomy. Bathroom was well lighted and very clean. WiFi worked well. Though and older facility, it is very well maintained and clean.

Review 47：Hot tub jets had not been working for some time, so just filled with too hot water for 94 degree ambient heat. Hot tub did not look clean. Pool was comfortable and looked clean. The coffee pot in our room leaked, but when taken to the front reception desk, it was replaced by staff very quickly.

Review 48：A couple of good, midpriced restaurants within walking distance. We ate at Pantuso's near Grand Junction location and it was a really good meal, at a decent price. Staff was helpful with suggestions for dining and locations and receptive to fixing problems with coffee pot. Location, amenities and convenience were perfect for our need for a short weekend get away.

Review 49：There were hairs on my shower wall so obviously someone didn't properly clean the bathtub. That really upset me. Also people in the next room stood outside their door and talked loudly so that was disruptive. Breakfast was ok but not as many choices say as a Hampton Inn. But I understand this is more of a budget friendly hotel so I get the limited selection in order to save costs.

Review 53：The young man who checked us in at around 5pm, had red glassy eyes. Hewalked around the desk to find our reservation from Booking.com butthen found it right where it was supposed to be. There was nothingwrong with his service but it did cause me to be hypersensitive toanyone who might be stoned while we were in Colorado. The room smelledbad. My twenty year old daughter said she couldn't stay in thisroom it was too bad. But then she became "nose blind" (Ithink that's the term used now) to the rooms smell and we stayed.The tub drained slowly so you were standing in water at the end of yourshower. There was dirt in the cracks of the floor and tile. The peoplestaying next to us came over and asked us to turn our tv down eventhough it was not loud and it was 10pm.

Review 54：The swimming pool was clean and large; it was enclosed for privacy. Theprice was very good. We had two comfortable, clean queen beds. The priceincluded continental breakfast but we left very early so we can'tcomment on that.

Review 57：Great value for the money. This was one of the best rooms we had on our three week trip (especially for the price). We enjoyed the large room, the two recliners, the two luggage racks and the spacious countertop in the bathroom area. The Continental breakfast included fruit, yogurt, pastries and waffles; much more than some of the other places we stayed in.

Review 59：Noise. Of course this is next to a major road and the walls are a bit thin. I had to stick my head outside and ask the people in the parking lot to be quiet around midnight, thankfully they didn't have attitude and lowered their voices so I could sleep.
