Review 3:I and my girlfriend were having drinks (alcohol) in our room and we were informed by the hotel staff that we were not allowed to have alcohol in the hotel as the owner is a Muslim. We respect their religion but we were having the drinks in our room not outside. Also if there was any restriction, we should have been informed when checking in. Also to add that the room service was very poor and we were not serviced with our request on time. Over all we were very disappointed with the hotel and the staff and immediately checked out within an hour of check in.

Review 5:It claims to be the best muslim hotel in Pattaya. Indeed it's perfect for the muslim customers : chiken saussages at breakfast, no alcohol at the bar and you will not miss the 5:15 prayer as the muezzin has a good amplifier 400 m from your room. This muslim specificity was a surprise to us, as nothing was indicated about it in Booking.com informations. The room staff is training and should improve their skill.

Review 6:New hotel, far enough from the center (15 mn motobike). We rented a brand new motobike from the hotel at 200B/d. It's a quiet hotel and the owner is open minded, you can bring your own beer and drink it at the bar. Alex, a russian guy, is nice and very helpfull at the desk.

Review 7:-No remote controller for aircondition at Room 103. The guest felt cold and he could not find it and could not switch off on time. -Not so easy to operate TV monitor with using 2 remote controllers.

Review 9:The rooms weren't too clean...had some lizards and tiny bugs. Staff needs to be reminded to make up the room on a daily basis. Food was disappointing as most of the ingredients were not stocked up so almost 2/3 of the menu wasn't available. The remainder food took almost 60-90 minutes to prepare, even something as basic as pasta. Staff needs to be trained in English too, particularly their drivers since its impossible to converse with them otherwise. Was highly annoyed that their airport pickup didn't show and we had to resort to booking a cab. Other strange instances included our TV remote smelling extremely odd, as if it was dropped in cowdung and one of our towels had a grayish yellow stain on it. Overall, I personally wouldn't stay here again for quite some time until they get a more efficient staff. Other than that it was still a decent value for its money.

Review 10:The interior decor in the room was quite nice. A lot better than I expected for the price. The staff was genuinely trying to help cater to our needs too. The place still has a new feel to it, very little staff and its in a slightly remote location, meaning there's no way you can step out for a walk to buy something from a 711 or any grocery store. Need to either rent their scooters or a car. On the bright side, the isolation definitely cuts out the noise of the city. Very peaceful area.

Review 11:We arrived at 11pm and there were no street lights around and the hotel signs were very small and barely visible so we followed Google Map Location provided on the web which lead us to somewhere else nearby. We decided to call the hotel for directions but the receptionist couldn't either speak Thai or English. Fortunately, we found our own way to the hotel. Once we arrived, the same receptionist (His name is 'Uzzal') coundn't find our reservation. 10 minutes later, he took us to a room which we had to carry our own bags up 3 flight of stairs. It's acceptable for us but not for the our slogan that says "Get the 5-star service at the 3-star cost" Seriously?? We got inside (our) room and saw somebody else' pictures, clothes, shoes and golf clubs in that room, therefore we asked Uzzal. He looked confused and said "stay stay, sit here, 2 minutes". He left us hanging for nearly 20 minutes before we saw him taking another group of guests to their room. I went to him and asked him again. He pointed at the room and said "come come, key key, wait here 2 minutes". I argued with him for awhile before he left. We discussed and decided not to stay at this hotel anymore. We walked downstairs and asked for a refund. He tried to avoid it and offered us another room. We insisted. He couldn't contact his manager, however, he said that we will get the refund tomorrow morning at 8 when the manager comes. We didn't trust him and asked him to write it down and sign his name as a letter to prove to his manager. He tried to avoid it and kept telling us to come back tomorrow and we will get our refund. We were exhausted and decided not to come back here ever again because we didn't want it to ruin our trip. We left for a nice hotel nearby and never came back. ...My friend recorded the whole conversation on her phone, by the way.
