Review 1：It was very clean- wish we could have stayed a little longer to enjoy. We plan on coming back later in spring or summer and staying there again. The breakfast was excellent!!!

Review 2：We rented two rooms and the beds were very hard and all pillows very thin/worn. I asked the front desk for a few extra pillows and they laughed and simply said "good luck with that!". I was very upset at their response, as I have a bad back/bulging discs. I could not get comfortable and was up all night. The hotel wasn't crowded, therefore, I didn't understand as to why they couldn't/wouldn't get a couple pillows from another room!!

Review 4：All the games took my money, snack machine didn't work. The beds were Lopsided and very lumpy and very uncomfortable. I got walked in on with no knock or anything by staff at 9:30 am. Horrible experience

Review 20：I have stayed at the Wildwood Inn on many occassions over the years. The property has been allowed to deteriorate dramatically over the years. Although our room was nice the common area hallways and building exterior were pretty disgusting. The hallways smelled terrible and the drywall was falling from the walls in the hallways.

Review 21：Pool and spa area was great! Spa in the room not so great. By the time spa was filled water was cold. Didn't get to enjoy that part! Breakfast was in a weird room, didn't feel comfortable sitting in there so opted out on the breakfast.

Review 22：Our non smoking room smelled musty and like smoke. The facility was very outdated . The coffee maker did not work. The bathtub did not have a nonslip bottom and my son fell. The shower curtain would get sucked onto you when you turned on the shower.

Review 29：The facility was old and not well maintained. No iron and iron boards in the room. The doors leading to the building entrance did not lock. The hallway carpet was old and smelly. No fitness room or equipment to workout.

Review 31：The facility was old and worn as well as my room. The walls were comingapart at the seems. Didn't feel safe, the halls were extremely dirtyand hot and the dust and heat immediately bothered my allergies. Thefacility had no elevators, the place smelled of stale smoke, and I askedfor to be refunded upon check in, and was told if I was able to findanother hotel it would be worst than that one. Ironically, I was askedto leave the grounds the next day because of a smoke smell alledgelycoming from my room. I am 49 years old and my husband 51, we don'tsmoke cigarettes or marijuana. Once again I have athsma and have neverbeen a smoker of any kind. The manager was firm on his accusation, mademe leave before checkout the morning after check in and only refunded my64.00 of my money. Never will I stay there again. I went right over tothe LaQuinta Suites and had a lovely stay, in a nice cleanestablishment, that was obviously well taken care of. I would like to berefunded the rest of my money. I am telling everyone I know do notENTER....that place is a danger zone and on the verge of falling apart.Oh did I mention that only one pool was available. The online ad forthem is truely a classic case of false advertisement.

Review 32：Out dated needs a lot of upgrading. Staff wasnot very pleasant initially during check in but then later it was better. This is not a high end hotel so if you are not ok with outdated older looking rooms, this is not for you. But I wasnt looking for something fancy, it was perfect for what I wanted it for. Kinda expensive for what it was.

Review 33：Great for older kids birthday parties. My daughter wanted a sleepover with friends. So I figured a hotel with pool would be great. Kids had fun pool area was nice. Worked out great.

Review 35：The girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. The room was clean, but smelled funny, holes in the wall,shower went from hot to cold,toilet paper holder was broken,door to room stuck and was hard to open or close.

Review 36：Was an older hotel, our room had a slight musty smell that I think came from the jetted tub and not enough ventilation. We used a plugin air fresher. Well worth it due to the family friendly and fun atmosphere!

Review 39：i was worried after reading a lot of the reviews for the hotel. coming from out of town and not knowing much of the area.... but it was a great stay for the money. the staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was pretty good, pool/spa was nice (except for a lot of unsupervised kids in the hot tub). my family and i enjoyed ourselves.

Review 46：We generally opt for the cheapest hotel-this was a really good hotel for the cost. Clean, parts of the room were updated, an indoor pool (which we didn't get a chance to use). Awesome breakfast!

The beds were worn, the carpet was coming up in places, the bathroom ceiling had a very poor patch job, the sink had very low water pressure, the dome had several bad leaks. The hot tub did not work properly. The hotel needs some TLC.

Review 58：Busy Memorial Day weekend. The hall down from the lobby and pool gets slick. You need to invest in no a slip solution. like no slip strips especially at doorways. The property is old.

Review 61：The bed in our room was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on it had springs coming out both sides of it, the Jacuzzi smelled like raw sewage everything you turned it on, We stayed 2 nights and it was the worst sleep that I have ever had. and the shower drain wouldn't drain, and the Coffiee was awfull, I've had coffie out of machines that tast better.

Review 66：This other couple complained about having to pay extra for a room inside when their other room was trashy and broken and in return they got a suite! We had a lot of different types of bugs and trash everywhere in room 101 and the clerk didn't do anything for us! What a way to spend our anniversary!

Review 72：There was extreme water damage everywhere. All of the floors had puddles. The sauna was out of order. The breakfast room was a little grungy, The ice machine wasn't where it was advertised on all the signs. The pool tables were covered with plastic that actually had a pool of water on them. The hot tub was nowhere near as good as it used to be. Our phone wasn't even connected! As in, it didn't have a cable to connect it to the outlet. The hairdryer almost caught fire when we tried to use it. Everything in the room was crooked: Light fixtures, TV, Dresser drawers. Overall it felt like an extremely lazy, uncaring facility. I will not return unless they get their act together, which is sad because it was such a large part of my childhood, and I'd hoped to take my children there one day.

Review 73：The pool was nice and warm, the beds were soft and the breakfast was good.

Review 74：My confirmation showed check in between 2 and 3PM. I arrived at 3:15 and the desk clerk at the time would not check me in. She said not till 4PM. Showed her my confirmation but she did not bend. I failed to get her name and she did not have a nameplate on. I came back around 4:15 and new staff was on. They were friendly. Just wish I asked the young lady at 3:15 her name to report her. She needs a lesson on working with the public. Otherwise, our stay was good.

Review 75：They tried to put a person with a disability on the second floor, so we were "upgraded" to a Tiki Hut, which smelled like mildew for the whole two days we were there, we couldn't get wifi back there, it was just an unpleasant experience, may I also say, we pick your facility for our honeymoon.

Review 76：One night there were noisy neighbors having a fight. Room was older and basic but comfortable. Left Bathroom light on as a nite light for my son and it kept going on and off...Maybe a short. Hair dryer didn't work and neither did TV remote. One light fixture was broke. Yet for the price it was worth it as we were not in our room much at all. A heavy rain produced a leak in the roof by the door in room on end of 2nd floor.

Review 77：My 13 year old son and I attended a Pastor's Conference at the Creation Museum in Petersburg Kentucky, about 12 miles away. For the $45 price per night it was an excellent bargain for our October trip. Many other hotels had outdoor pools which were already closed for the season. My son loves to swim and Howard Johnson's had a glass enclosed indoor pool with a very spacious hot tub. It is very conveniently located near the freeway, and there are many restaurants, shopping malls and stores all within a few miles distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned every day Plenty of parking right near our room.

Review 78：Go look at room 219-you'll see. I wish this didn't change to room 105 which was updated but still in poor condition.

Overall...very dirty and run down, Not worththe money.

Review 84：The air condition didnt work very good. We stayed for 3 nights only changed the sheets once and replenished the towels only once. The staff didnt even know direction to any where. They gave us wrong directions to places.

Review 86：Bandaid stuck to pool floor. Cigarette burns to bed/chairs. Bed bugs. Sink not draining. Kitty litter box that doubled as a trash can to catch leaking water from AC. The staff and manager's lack of customer service. Hallway like a sauna. Staff walking into our room without knocking looking for a mop. The 70s decor. The old school box television (I didn't realize they still existed).

Review 87：Very nasty room

Review 88：Nothing the room I had 243 was so nasty could not turn tv on with remote or control volume. The sink and tub had over 50 burn marks on them and the beds were very old and uncomfortable. The bedding even had burn holes in them and the pillows was maybe 2 inches thick.

Review 89：Not a clean place for children to play. The slide was filthy and disgusting!!! It smelled like urine! And the pool was not clean either. The carpet in the room needs to be changed. I, as well as my daughter, got sick on the trip! Not to mention the roof in the room was caving in due to water damage!

Review 91：Extremely dirty carpet in both rooms, had to always wear shoes. Cigarette burns in bedding in both rooms (including the non smoking room) outdated tv and fridge in one of my rooms. Freezer so filled with ice build up that it couldn't be used. Both rooms in desperate need of repairs. Floors need vacummed in both rooms, dust and debris in all corners and around furniture. The staff were nice and friendly but the cleanliness was a huge turn off.

Review 92：Very old out dated needed paint and up date's carpet in room ragged, burn hole in blanket, no clock in room, chair and dresser broken. If I could have gotten my money back at time of check in I would have and went somewhere else. The looks of the place price should be 29.99 a night if that tells you anything. Also the worst free breakfast I have ever seen.

Review 93：The pool, Staff was very nice

Review 94：Room was not up to date, ceiling in bathroom leaked water, cheap toilet paper, everything looked really dirty and used in room, room service didn't pick up anything once the whole weekend we were here. Shutters outside were broken, a lot of unfinished building work, shower curtain was fabric which I find unsanitary, my home is nicer than our room here. Linens were thrown on towel rack upon entry not even folded, luckily we brought our own towels.
