Review 1：This hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the staff are exceptional and the comfort level is perfect. The rooms are well appointed, some with a sea view and the cleanliness is of a very high standard. I would recommend highly to anyone wanting a relaxed well priced holiday. The restaurant is excellent as well.

Review 2：Only thing we can fault are the placemats in the restaurant.( old and out dated) They do not suit the style of restaurant or hotel. As I understand it the hotel is a separate entity. We have both worked in hospitality for sometime and have come a cross a brand called "chilewich" - worth looking into.

Review 4：The only thing I would suggest is to get the full bouquet of dstv. Was good for me with sports, but my wife didn't enjoy that part.

Review 5：Everything was perfect, upon arrival, the original forest view that I had chosen wasn't as great as we expected, luckily, we were able to change to a sea view which was much better. Bongani from the kitchen really took care of us at breakfast time. The dam there was also a very romantic spot. Koi pond and pool were lovely.

Review 7：Great location. Comfortable and well decorated rooms. The restaurant was fantastic. Sadly we never got to use the pool as it rained the entire time, but it looked inviting. I would return.

Review 15：The noise of flushing and water being run in adjacent rooms was quite loud. There was no choice of pillows - I would suggest that there should be a firm pillow available (if not in each room certainly on request) Not a major - there could be a better signing leading to Hotel - i.e. at the T junction into the street where hotel is as well as coming up to hotel entrance there could be a board pointing to main entrance - as it stands right now everyone coming for the first time would miss the entrance and have to make a U-turn...

So.... we had an unfinsihed break which beyond doubt we will be back to complete.... and beyond doubt at this excellent hotel.

Review 25：Ballito is a nice town but little to do. Good stopover during a tour in SA. Some remarks: balcony at the front (sea view) was very small. You could just sit with two people but stretch your legs was impossible. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower was not clean. There were many mold spots. A small effort to clean it properly. The light in the bathroom consists of ceiling spotlights, so you have very poor vision in the mirror. Pool is next to street (noisy).

Review 26：Very spacious rooms and good bed. Slept 3 nights but found it a bit too much, unless you just go to the beach. Breakfast was fine.

Review 43：The spa - terrible experience for 5 star establishment. Paid for a 30 minute facial and was given a 15 minute facial due to the therapist being unable to manage her time properly. Asked for a full refund of R350 but was given R100. Very disappointing as it was a birthday treat. Also french mani and pedi which was substandard and the painting crooked.

Review 55：The toilet wall had stains on in, it looked like someone used the wall instead of the toilet paper, very disgusting. I dont know how housekeeping missed this.
