Reviews for 365 on St Helena
Review 1:Fantastic hospitality, friendly reception and excellent value for money. Beautiful view over the valley. Captures the spirit of the Klein Karoo to a T.
Review 2:No toilet roll ,difficult to operate gas geyser, also television not able to operate. Lounge furniture very grubby.
Review 3:The hosts were very friendly and the bed comfortable.
Review 4:The creaking floors although I love wooden floors.
Review 5:On arrival we found a board with my name on welcoming myself and party to the establishment. The hosts were very accommodating in that we had no hot water the first night of our stay. When we informed them, they immediately resolved the problem. Since we used the establishment as a base we were out for the best part of the 3 days of our stay, however the mornings were lovely out on the verandah sipping coffee - enjoying the beautiful front garden. Although it was hot at night, with the sash windows open and the outside shutters closed and the electric fan running it made for a peaceful nights rest.
Review 6:1. As we visited very late in night and there was no street light, we had little difficulty in locating the place, as GPS was little off the mark. A bigger more prominent billboard near property or at main road crossing can assure/help as google street view not available for St Helena road for that stretch. Photograph of the front main gate view of property from roadside on Booking.com can also help visitor.
Review 7:1. Host was very warm and supportive during the entire stay. We arrived very late in night after very long journey and were received very well. 2. Rooms very spacious and well decorated. 3. Homely environment, countryside setting, peaceful place to live.
Review 8:Our stay was too short - we should have stayed for at least a week!
Review 9:We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Endless trouble was taken to make sure we were comfortable. Great value for money. Our of town and yet near town, quite perfect! We'll be back!
