Review 1：Didn't really have a bad experience, it was all good

Review 2：Good breakfast...good bed...good location...it was all good...the doors were sealed good. No problem opening or closing.

Review 3：The bathroom door lock did not work. Informed them. They said they had to take the door off to fix it. Offered us a different room but declined. Did not know they had to take the door off at that time. The only ice machine was on the 1st floor. We were on the 3rd floor. Also informed them that none of the outlets wouldn't keep the plug in to charge a cell phone.

Review 6：Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When a smoke alarm began 'beeping' in our room at 2:45 a.m., they moved us to another room for the rest of the night, then gave us a discount on room rental for our stay.

Review 7：Room smelled like dog, pool was only outdoors and closed for season, toilet handle was broken, phone cord was missing so couldn't call the front desk for Wi-Fi information. But above all bed was super uncomfortable.

Review 9：this is the 2nd time we stayed there (we thought we would give it one more chance). the first time they gave our room to someone else and at 11pm some kids came walking into our room, plus our fridge didn't work. this time the maintenance guy just walked in our room with out knocking and started working on a plug in the bathroom. we was on the bed resting and was startled by him. the room had a strange odor. the receptionist did apologize and gave a few dollars off our stay but that was so uncalled for. we will not be giving them another chance.

Review 28：The staff fumbled a bit with processing my check in. It wasn't a big deal, but we were tired when we got there so it was kind of a drag waiting 20 minutes to get our room. Also, and this isn't the hotel's fault, but there was some road construction happening when I stayed. If you book a room here in the near future, keep in mind that the detour signs are a little tough to follow, especially at night!

Review 31：From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the staff treated my son and me with the friendliest attitudes. We were like neighbors catching up..it was very nice.

I will say though, the local dominos on Dixie highway, not a good choice, called 3 different times and got the same young lady, upon telling her where it would be delivered to she made some excuse why they couldn't come out starting with the i was "breaking up" (had bad cell service), so I called back when I got into Cincinnati, then she made noises on her end that made it seem like there was bad service again, but it was clearly her making the noises. So I called back when I got to the room and when I told her where it was going she stated that they were out of that dough. If they didn't want my business they could have just said that the first time!

Review 33：Friendly staff, even the maintenance guy told us to have a nice day and asked how our stay was, how cool is that?! The flat screen Samsung tv was a nice touch, the king bed was comfy and clean. The computer system had mis registered my reservation as two queen beds, but once the lady behind the counter grabbed my check in paper work, it said king bed, so without hesitation and without asking her to, she upgraded us to the deluxe king with a spa tub. The tub with just was amazing!

Review 39：Location to the facility was easy. Room rate was good. HD TV was nice. Some of the higher priced hotels advertise flat screen TV's, but this one said HDTV and it truly was. Staff was willing to change my reservation with no hassle.

They gave us the runaround regarding who to contact for a refund for the room we didn't get. One of the rooms they gave us hadn't even been cleaned - there were dirty sheets and towels everywhere and it smelled terrible.

The room gave a feel of not being particularly welcoming to a traveler, and for the money paid, it should have offered more pleasant conditions.

There was a man at the door who took time to ask us how we were and where we were heading and if we had had a pleasant stay. That was appreciated.
