Review 2：Carpet wasn't in the best condition. There was a very pungent smell in the hallway. Online pictures did this property a little more justice. It's a lil more dated than the outward appearance. Wouldn't rule it out for another visit just think the $88 was way over its worth!!!

Review 3：I didn't like the fact that they had no refrigerators or microwaves available because they were fully booked the previous night because of New Years Eve and then because of the Tax Slayer Bowl game. I wanted to use a safety deposit box but when I called and asked about them, I was told that I couldn't use one because the manager had left with the key and wouldn't return until 7:00am the next day. If I got a box before the manager had left and I needed a personal item out of there but they couldn't access the box, I would have been livid.

Review 4：I'm a Diamond Rewards Member here. I love how the staff have always been very friendly and they go above and beyond to try and accommodate their guests needs. I also like the fact that I can earn reward points for my all of my stays I book through other websites.

Review 6：Good location, clean reliable Best Western standards room. Breakfast was ok, bit crowded. Easy access to some restaurants close by. Same price but much higher standards than average motels.

Review 7：Bathroom is dangerous-very small, light did not work. Rooms are dingy-dirt build up an need repairs. Bed bugs & fleas were biting us through out stay. Washer/dryers out of order, noise was tremendous, bed horribably uncomfortable. Was very crowded during our stay-forget breakfast. Attracted a rough crowd-broken pictures, drunks, loud parties. Very low end facility.

Review 9：TV was horrible .You have Direct TV which is a satellite which stinks. I have one also. The slightest weather change and you have no TV. We had 43 stations and could get maybe 6 or 7. Everyone complained as there is nothing so miserable as sitting In a room without TV. Thank God I have a tablet with books to read on it

I was on the phone with Dr. until 9:37 and when I inquired about the breakfast door being locked all they said was it is no longer being served. Most hotels stop serving breakfast after 10 and restaurants stop after 10 or later. I'll never stay here again!

Had to move to another room because refrigerator did not work and area around refrigerator had food/dirt around it. Sink in bathroom not cleaned well. They moved me from first floor to fifth floor. I have an injury to my ankle and cannot walk very well or any distance, so going to fifth floor caused me some additional pain! Will not stay here again.

Review 54：My husband and I travel to Jacksonville once a year for medical purposes and stay about 3 nights. This was our first stay at this Best Western. My husband thought the room and bathroom needed to be updated but for the money I thought everything to be adequate and comfortable. The room was a good size. The only disappointment for me was the hot breakfast bar. I don't eat pork and all the meat was pork. The egg patty looked tasteless. We stayed at one before that had hot scrambled eggs with the addition of cheese and it was great. I was looking forward to that and was so disappointed with what was at this one.

Review 55：sprinkler system bursted & woke up 4am by fire alarms, firefighters & trucks. Trying to get my disabled child off 3rd floor stairs, front desk wouldn't answer phones & not very helpful in letting us know what was going on.

I made reservations online 45 min. prior to reaching the hotel.. once arriving and giving my name the lady told me it would be 30min before getting the fax..I call the place where I made the reservation and they said it was faxed right after she had all information.. she had me hold the line while she called to see why and if she received the fax.. she verify that the fax was received,and that she was so busy that she did not get it off the fax... it took an hour waiting to be checked in...I feel when they have an avent in town the need to people at the desk...there were 5 others waiting to be checked in that were a head of me..

Review 65：It took over 30 minutes to check-in. (I timed it on my stop watch. Eight people in front of me. One person at the desk who was also answering the phone. Key system was down and had to have someone let people into rooms and pick up keys later. No explanation given while we stood in line. No manager to help explain or rectify. Glad I didn't have to be somewhere else in a hurry. Not good PR.

Review 69：For the price, it isn't worth it while they are under construction. They started drilling in a room down the hall from us at 9 AM. It was so loud it gave my boyfriend a headache. There are many hotels in this area. I'm sure you could find one that would not be under construction for the same price. I would suggest that if you would like a relaxing stay. It would be helpful if the hotel put out a disclaimer before booking.

Review 70：Rundown, dirty feel. Air conditioning in room didn't work, stains present, carpet needs replacing and wouldn't walk around without shoes. Room keys did not work after being dispensed and two bookings were assigned same room causing disruption. Couldn't print pdf and was told by staff to go to hotel next door where it would be allowed.
