Review 1：I waited 15 minutes or more to check in, wifi didn't work employee was unwilling to try to correct it the next morning it was working but I was checking out.
Review 2：It was ok not the greatest.
Review 3：Man behind the desk was extremely rude and very unfriendly and rather condescending. He gave me the key to a room when ch when myself and children walked into was obviously occupied. We walked into a unmade bed with a condom pack and drink next to the bed. I went to the desk to tell the rude guy behind the desk only to be told it was clean I explained no so he immediately ran to the room to find the mess. I was not even told I'm so sorry at all. He then gave me a key to a different room. The Windows do not let ck on the inside so we really felt uncomfortable. There was a shady looking guy hanging out at the front door around the corner of the front of the building. The breakfast was coffee two kinds of cereal which had empty carafe for milk or juice and vending size and packaging honey buns and doughnuts. I tried to tell the women in the morning how rude the man the night before was but she was hard to understand her English was very broken. She also did not care. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel. I would never stay there again. You have a room with 2 queen beds and are given 2 bath towels and two washcloths total and the bathroom floor had hair on it. Skip it at all cost! If you decide to take the chance you were warned!

Review 6：The room was nice and clean and was well cared for. The management was wonderful. I would come back.
Review 7：The television remote was missing and when I got one from the front desk, it did not operate the t.v. The issue was not resolved until the next morning after several complaints. Staff even told me to climb onto a chair to program the remote -- I am disabled. One of the staff persons walked into my room while I was in the shower. She looked at me as if I'd done something wrong and left without saying a word. It was only after I went looking for the manager to complain that she apologized.
Review 8：Huge Room. Very nice for the money. It was easy to find the property and it is close to shopping and restaurants.
Review 9：Cleaned room after we got there to check in. Made reservation 6 hrs earlier than arrival. Bathroom not clean. Previous occupant had shaved and hair was in floor and toilet. Toilet seat nasty. Towels appeared unclean. Bed was half made in a rush it seems. No fitted sheets, they used 2 flat sheets. When we complained about the bathroom, the gentleman (housekeeper)gave my husband some comet and a toilet brush.......Need I say more?

Review 11：I asked for a refund and had to almost involve the police. I was also given a receipt printed from machine sating refund, but the money was taken out of my account anyways. Highly dissatisfied.

Review 13：The bed, pillows and bedding were great. Also loved the size of the room. Very comfortable. And we really liked having the kitchenette as well. Good clean bathroom.

Review 17：The outside doors did not lock. When the attendant on duty was questioned about the breach of hotel security he acted as if it was no concern to him, saying it was ok that the door locks did not work because of the cameras.

Review 19：There was holes in the ceiling of the Bathroom. There was a blue pill on the floor I asked them to clean the room they did the floor was still dirty.Pill was still there. I asked for no smoking there was only 2 on the floor.Mine only was because I didn't smoke in it. worst stay ever.
Review 20：The air conditioner needs to be checked as regardless of the temperature setting, the room never cooled down. Made for a restless nights sleep.

Review 22：After driving 9 hours and making the reservation online I got there and this Indian receptionist tells me to call the online people to get a refund, with no explanation on why just 30 minutes ago I have made the reservation and it was not available he didn't even took the time to look for it in the computer .
Review 23：When I called, I asked what was the earliest I could check in I was told 11a so I made the reservation. When I called the hotel directly to say I was on the way a man answered and said check in was at 3p. I shared we were almost there and I was told 11a. He then said 1p as I was asking about places to go in McDonough, he got agitated and said 3p 3p and I said ok I'll do a review ...I'm glad I waited. I believe the language barrier created the confusion but the rest of the service made up for it!
Review 24：I loved the layout of the suite. It was cozy and comfy, like home away from home. Even the continental breakfast good for the price. There was one hiccup and upon arrival the man with whom I spoke on the phone was not reflective of the rest of the staff. We will be going back and recommending it to others!
Review 25：NOT Clean, some rooms were not cleaned every day, or beds made up. Staff was no help in changing accomadations WILL NOT EVER Stay here again.

Review 50：That the air conditioner seemed to be controlled by the hotel. After being out in the hot sun for several hours, then coming back to a room that was hot was not good. I guess when the maid cleans the rooms they turn the units off. That I didn't like.

Review 57：There were large holes/burns (not fresh) in the carpet both in our room and in the hallway; the lobby was fresh enough but the floor tiles were obviously loose and needing attention; in our room the bathtub had a hole/crack at one spot that had been poorly filled with epoxy that had dripped down the inside of the tub, pooled, dried and was left in that condition; bed linens looked and felt incredibly old - we used furniture pads from our van for blankets.

Review 59：everything... the hotel outside looks good it's when you get inside that's disappointing the rooms are small & smelly asked for a non=smoking room but with everyone else smoking in hall & other rooms didn't make any difference people coming in late could be heard very clearly being loud & could hear what was going on in room next to us.. 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed in...

Review 67：The hotel was clean to the best of the staff ability but can enhance the cleanliness it carried a slight odor I feel as though maybe from the older model building. The price range is suppose to be compatible with other hotels but it would have been nice to have a poolside the cheapest hotel do offer a pool. I feel the hotel was a bit overpriced for the amenities and breakfast was honeybuns, doughnuts, and juice or coffee. I am grateful that they allowed me to stay I was just disappointed because it is labeled a suite and the back entrance was unlocked at all hours maybe a word of caution residents should maybe be buzzed in after a certain hour but overall the staff was very pleasant and I appreciate the stay. Last but least they don't offer refunds for early checkout.
Review 68：The staff was very friendly and understanding. I traveled from Tampa, Fl and got lost and they were very patient and understanding. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet and close to stores and restaurants.
