Review 1：Paper-thin walls. Limp sheets. Why do I feel like I'm sleeping in old sheets?

Review 3：The bed and pillows were not of the type you would expect for the price. It wasn't as clean as it should be also in this price range. It needs to be updated to compete at this price level

Review 5：I booked online a queen with two beds and when I got there I had a queen and sleeper sofa. When I told staff she said if you book online they could not guarantee you get the room you asked for. With a lot of hassle she was finally able to get us the room we needed.

Review 6：Clean! Clean! Clean!, comfortable beds, spacious room, attractive decor, soundproof walls and door, friendly and helpful staff, outdoor pool in private courtyard, amazingly low price! What's not to like?

Review 14：I broke down in Denver and was delayed. I called and the girl said there was no problem that she would change my reservation to the next night. Upon arrival I discovered she had not made a change in the reservation and I had been charged as a no show.

Review 15：The gentleman on duty on my arrival got me a room and did not charge for the night because they had already charged me as a no show the previous night.

Review 16：Walls were paper thin between the rooms. We could here the neighbors TV all night as if it was in our room as well as every conversation. The neighbors were not being loud but there is virtually no insulation in the walls between rooms. Contributed to a poor night's sleep.

Review 42：On my second day of my stay I returned to my room to find that the waste basket no liner and sitting on my chair. Pillows on couch and towels not replaced. It appeared that cleaning staff were interrupted during cleaning the room and forgot to finish.

Also, we had a room facing the patio/pool area and it was far enough away from the pool so we were not disturbed by the activity in and around the pool.

Review 46：This was my first stay in Topeka, I usually stay in Overland Park. During my search for hotels I found a special deal on this one and decided to give it a try. I usually let pics and sometimes comments determine whether or not I'd like to stay at a particular hotel. There wasn't enough pics so I was a little hesitant at first. Upon my arrival I was quite surprised. The lobby was extremely nice and the young lady at the front desk was very frien dly. She explained the breakfast times and the free drink ticket times. When I got to my room I was taken a back. ..the room was gorgeous! It was very large ( I had a king room) extremeley clean, no dust, counter tops clean and shining, bathroom, shower, everything was remarkably clean. Because I got this room at a slight discounted price I probably wouldnt be able to stay at this hotel as often as I come to Topeka ( every 3 wks) because the price is a lil steep for my visits so often, but if I could get the discount that I got, I would stay every visit. I'd also consider spending that little extra money every other visit to get that comfort. So if you are searching for a hotel and maybe a lil on the fence with this one, I promise you , you will not be disappointed.
