Review 1：Staff not very helpful as there is no information on restaurant locations. Room is very small. Front door needs to be automatic opening. Hard to get in when hands are full of luggage...

Review 3：COCKROACH IN ROOM!!!!!! Walls were so thin that we clearly listened to the room next door's TV the entire night in addition to the couple yelling at their children. Shower was filthy with black marks on the wall. Mould smell throughout, likely from the visible mould growing on the bathroom walls. Pay more for something better!

Review 5：The pictures on the website are not what the rooms look like. The website pictures showed a nice quiet, relaxed, big room with calm colors for the paint. The actual room is a hole in the wall with a hard full size bed, with white concrete walls, carpet from the 70s, bed bug traps under the mattress. There was still trash in our room and the staff was no where near friendly the entire time of our stay. This hotel is nothing like the pictures. I suggest the Holiday Inn on New Berlin Road.

Review 7：I didn't like the fact that I requested a handicap room and wasn't given one. The whole experience was not very pleasant, when checking in the girl put us in a one bed room, when our booking was for 2 full size beds. When I questioned her she showed me a booking for another customer from hotels.com and said that was what we requested. He had the same first name as my father, but the last name was different and this is after she checked his I.D. I have stayed at this hotel before and never had a problem, but I am wondering if it changed ownership. When we left our room in the morning, we had an obstacle course of laundry carts to get around in order to get to the lobby. My father is an 88 year old man who could easily trip over all the things they had in the hallway. Very disappointed. In the morning when I checked out, I asked the clerk to make sure that I wasn't charged for the other room and for a receipt and he was not friendly at all. Compared to my other stays here, not very happy. I don't think I would stay again.

Review 9：We made a mistake by trying to check in at 1;20 PM. Was told that it would be extra $20. to do so. Parking for customers was very limited and by pulling a small trailer with my mobility scooter in it, if I parked in a parking space I was told it would be $20. more because we would take up 2 spaces. They just wanted to nickel and dime you to death. We solved the problem by parking it at the curb away from the hotel. We than checked in with 2 other couples at 3 PM. All at the same time. Room was very small and congested with furniture. uncomfortable Bed was squeaking every time you moved on it. Only one desk chair in the room. The second person had to sit on the bed. The desk was a corner desk that was very small and had the ice bucket, coffee maker and coffee supplies on it. Almost to small to put a laptop on it (no room).

They have free coffee & tea which is good especially when you need to get to the airport early in the morning. Staff when we checked in was very accommodating. It is about 3 minutes drive to shopping centers & restaurants.

Review 15：The hotel needs to be upgraded it's old and antiquated. The bathroom needed some repairs. The towel rack was badly rusted. The large towels are small for a child maybe but not an adult. They don't have an actual blanket on the beds just a drape on the foot of the bed. Their prices should be much lower. Skip the free breakfast and go to Waffle House right down the road. They don't clean the rooms very well.

Review 25：It was very close to airport. I requested a room on the first floor, close to the office. My flight was very early and I didn't want to be in the dark in a strange place. They accommodated me perfectly.
Review 26：My wife couldn't hardly sleep on the very hard bed! She finally got some relief by putting pillows under her hips. The affected area was traumatized for several days but gradually subsided as she slept on good beds.

The rooms were too small for me. the staff moved me to another room but I still couldnt feel good. Another point is that the ceilings are low so you can hear footsteps and any weird noise going on on the upper level. I can recommend for one night and just do not expect much of any fancy interior decor. just plain room to sleep.

I realized then that the shuttle really works for the long-term parking lot and just does the hotel pick-ups as an extra. Breakfast is adequate, but with sugary cereals, packaged muffins and bagels, a very limited selection of jams (I believe two flavors), imitation butter, and only apples as fruit. However, it is free.
Review 137：The hotel is perfectly fine for staying overnight if you arrive late at night or have to be at the airport early in the morning. It's clean and has everthing you need for an overnight stay. The coffee was very good.
Review 138：The parking lot...what parking lot? Looters came up to my car as I was trying to park-in the last spot available!! Creepy! The room reeked of mold and mildew!!!!!!!!!! The room was super dusty-- thick films of it, some areas of the carpet was wet-hence the mildew smell, and there was a used feminine product, old lottery tickets, and trash between the wall and bedside table!!!!!!
