Review 1：Not crazy about the four square pillows on each bed, but nothing major to dislike.

Review 2：Excellent value and a good location, away from the interstate noise, but not too far from everything. Large fridge was nice to have and the place was very clean.

Review 3：I didn't like the fact the outside looked like a building built 30 years ago with no updates. My first impression was why am I paying 250-350 dollars a night for this?

Review 9：Overall poor experience. We were thankful it was only an overnight. Dripping sink, no hot water, shower temp went from scorching to cold, uncomfortable bed, alarm clock didn't work... it was just bad.

Review 11：Staff was great, all very friendly. The associate who checked me in the day we arrived remembered me in the morning and asked how my sons leg felt, This was mentioned in idle conversation when checking in. She should be a customer service trainer.

Review 12：Two story no elevator but it just gave alittle exercise whether needed or wanted. Air conditioning made funny noise.

Review 13：Everything we needed was close by we had a clean fresh double bed room. Bath alittle small but clean and all you needed was there down to shampoo and body wash. Our stay was pleasantly nice.

Review 14：The staff treated each other with serious disrespect in front of myself and other guests. We had an issue with our keys, as did our in-laws a few rooms down and the maintenance man came to fix it dripping wet from the pool. They then decided to move our room because after the sopping wet maintenance guy said it was fixed it wasn't. The next room had some cleanliness issues and because we were tired and wanted our kids to relax we simply overlooked them.

Review 16：It was so up to the minute, and what I like to call polish clean! Theentire hotel was immaculate. The staff was very accommodating. Kudos tothe Omni-present front desk clerk Terrell. He was amazing, as well asthe other staff. Kindness and courtesy were in abundance. Everything wasup to the minute and what I like to call "POLISH CLEAN". Itfelt like home!

Review 17：the shower was hard to work. It would be just the right temperature then turn either really hot or really cold.

Review 21：The room reeked of smoke. I had called several to request a non-smoking room, was told none were available. Since this was a football weekend, I was given no choice but to take a room which was over priced and smelled horrible.

Review 22：Reserved non-smoking and was told upon late arrival there were non available. The manager was not onsite and wouldn't talk to us over the phone. Would not refund our money. Said they would talk to us the next day. We left and did not stay.

Review 26：I call the front desk to check on the pool because it was not clean and the water holes was running water in the pool. The front desk clerk was not aware of what was going on and the maintence people was gone. She informed me that she will check on what is going on and will let me know. I never heard from her.

Review 27：The room was very nice and the bathroom was really pretty.

Review 28：I stayed for 4 days and the maid staff only put towels in the room. They never gave other items such as soap or toilet paper. They also never took anything out . They never took any garbage or dirty towels out of my room. They just left it to pile up. The hallway was very hot and smelly. The hotel had no elevators which was a pain with a lot of luggage.

Review 30：We had an issue with the toilet flushing properly from the first moment we used it. We checked in late Wed night, the toilet paper did not want to flush down. Thurs morning before we left for our business at Auburn, we told the front desk, hoping it would be resolved upon our return. It was not. We had to have maintenance in our room twice that evening and he plunged it several times and got it to flush for him. But each time we used the toilet after, the problem still existed. The toilet would flush, but any paper in it would only swirl around the top. By the time we left on Friday morning, it was horrible. Very disappointed that maintenance did not do more than plunge it. Not a good feeling when you are scared the toilet will overflow.

Review 88：we booked a room nonsmoking -- when we arrived the front desk put us in a smoking room. We asked several times to be changed and the staff at the front desk would not work with us. We asked to speak with the manager and were told that he was not available but could not do anything to change our room to a nonsmoking. The room was unbearable with smoke and we were going to find other arrangements and left. The frontdesk called while we were intransit to see if we wanted to change rooms -- it seems the cleaning person saw us leaving with some of our luggage. Thus prompting the call to change rooms.

Review 89：Sunday breakfast when about 15 high school age kids came down and they started putting their hands in the food and clogging up the area. They were very rude to others wanting to eat in peace and just enjoy the morning. Also Friday night we were told we made to much noise while outside around 9:30, but the same kids ran around the Hotel Saturday night and no one said anything, but still the stay was very good.

Review 97：I reserved and had confirmed reservations for 2 rooms throughbooking.com but the hotel only had one room / reservation. It wasvery stressful to wait while they tried to figure out if they even hadany additional room on a very busy college football weekend where everyother hotel was sold out. The manager told me that I should've madethe reservation directly with them instead of using booking.com
