Review 3：The beds were a little hard for our comfort. Not all rooms have showers.

Review 4：The hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants which was great. George was a lovely place & we would happily return there. The hotel staff were very friendly & accommodating.

Review 7：you get a 50Mb Voucher for the wifi- whicb is enough for 5 min of whatsapp. the staff won't say hello to you- they are too busy with playing with their iphones. No wifi, no hair dryer. It sinks. try to avoid that hotel if u can

Review 8：The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. The place is expensive and quite small rooms, a lot of cheaper options in George. The fact that breakfast is not included makes R1000 p night expensive. Would rather rate it a 3 start then 4 star.

Review 10：Too close to the street. Noisy did not feel safe. It was listed as 4 star in one brochure and 3 star in another so was not sure . We were told our price included breakfast by staff when we checked in. then after we ate the next morning we were told we had to pay.

Review 15：Location, being in town. The staff are well behaving and having been taught well how to handle clients. I suggest a flexible Menu to suite our South African menu e.g. Curries(chicken and beef).

Review 16：Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Restaurant was closed and limited help on finding somewhere to eat. Check out was similar. No help whatsoever with our bags, doorman stood there and never even opened the door. I asked on check out who we could complain to and she just shrugged her shoulders. Big disappointment and would never stay again at this hotel. Spoilt the end to a very nice holiday in SA.

Review 33：The day I stayed was Chrismas and restraunt already closed. But, hotel staff was very kindness and inform to me how I can get meal. And they accept to use dinner room for eating take away food.

Review 36：It was all very pleasing x we really like the way our car windscreen was washed and a note left with it. And they way the reception staff phoned us to see if we were en route as we only arrived late - 9 p.m.
