Review 1：Needs significant updates, internet is slow, bed is hard, (baseboard) heat is hard to control, hot water eventually comes (5 min), a bit over priced.

Review 12：The staff was very nice and helpful. It was close to most things driving wise , like the zoo ( 5 mins), and Niagara Falls ( 15 mins).There was a eating place cross the street and next door. and Convience Store down the street.

Review 42：The bathroom was filthy as well as the sheets on the bed. The towelsappeared to have feces on them. We went out and bought towels. The bedwas so hard that both my wife and I had significant problems sleeping.We went out the next day and bought soft pillows to help support ourbacks while we slept. The water for the shower took quite a bit of timeto heat up for the shower. Being more green conscious, I felt the wasteof water was pretty significant. We weill never stay there again.
Review 43：We had to find a motel quickly due to a family member having a medicalemergency. We traveled 126 miles to get to the there. Thus we weregrateful to its location near the hospital. Therefore, the location wasgood. Connection to the internet worked out quite well.

Review 50：There were traces of cigarette smoke smell, although the room was anon-smoking room. Being a non-smoker, I spoke with the hotelmanagement, they told me they are currently cleaning the rooms, andhave recently also introduced a policy of $100 penalty for smoking ina non-smoking room.

Towels were clean, soap was provided, there was asmall refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Bed was clean too.There was wi-fi but I did not get a chance to use it.
