Review 1：Couch in the room was nasty and we didn't want to sit on it. Didn't complain since everything else was clean.

Review 3：I didn't have a bad experience, but I would like to point out a couple of things. The water, for whatever reason, has a yellow tint to it. I noticed it during my whole stay. I didn't affect me at all as I used it to make my coffee with. Also, the front and the back of the hotel could use more lighting. I never felt unsafe nor is the hotel in an unsafe area, but the front and back of the parking lot aren't well lit at all, if even a little.

Review 4：The location is ideal for anyone traveling. It is directly across the street from a shopping plaza and there are fats food restaurants within walking distance. There's a shuttle that will take you places within in reason for a charge. It is very near to Miami, which is where I spent most of my time. Miami Beach is about 15 miles away. Quick drive. The hotel is nice. The staff are nice. The room was excellent. I had the king room w/sofa. The sofa was big and comfy and the bed was excellent. There was also a desk if you need to get any work done.

Review 5：Although the room was large, it was worn and dirty (wine stains on coffee table) and the sheets were torn. Air conditioning unit was noisy and only 2 feet from the bed, making sleep difficult. There is no evening restaurant in the hotel for supper, so we had to go to another hotel nearby to eat. Breakfast was awful. The food choice was poor, everything on plastic canteen dishes and far too few tables for the number of hotel guests. Just one communal salt and pepper pot for over 50 people!

Review 7：We will never stay @ Hyatt again - thought you were in the hotelbusiness, but guess not - snippy people, no One to help an elderlycouple w/their luggage, etc. Sending up a small desk clerk to helpw/the luggage is unacceptable. I now have been told by others, thatI should not have expected any reasonable service at this kind of ahotel - it is not full service and is not intended to be a full service.Also, my Hyatt points were not listed, but that is fine, as I will notbe staying w/Hyatt again!!!

Review 9：Everything was as promised. Staffed was helpful with late check-out, shuttles ran on time as promised, room was large, breakfast was fine and everyone was professional and friendly.

Review 10：We waited @the airport for a shuttle for over an hour, after several phone calls someone arrived. Once we were picked up everyone was very apologetic and accommodating. The over all experience ended good! I would return.

Review 13：The van service from FLL was very confusing. They have two properties in the area. The vans have identical livery and cannot be distinguished one from the other. Get on a van that says Hyatt Place and you may end up at the wrong property.

Review 17：The carpeting near the elevators and in the hallway could use a good vacuuming and shampooing/cleaning. The hair dryer had only one speed (LO) and barely got warm. The sitting area did not have a chair which would have made it more comfortable for my wife while she applied make-up and the closet door does not go completely in the wall so you had to squeeze into the closet to try to hang your clothes up.

Review 18：The staff at the desk were pleasant, and professional. Check in was quick and easy (only guests checking in). The room was large, clean, separated in a work area, living room area, bedroom, sitting area (without a chair) and bathroom with a real shower. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had a large shower head..nice. The room had a small refrigerator, coffee pot, hair dryer and ironing board/iron. The flat screen TV was large (42")and swiveled so it could be watched in bed or the living room area. Wireless internet was free and easy to connect to. Check out was quick and easy.

Review 19：Management gave housekeeping staff the day off during a very busy holiday weekend. This was relayed to guests via a note under the door at checkin. The rooms were not fully cleaned. Tub was dirty which showed up as black dirt on a towel during my personal pre clean at checkin. Request for non feather room with alternative pillows due to allergy issues was not honored during 4 day stay even after several verbal requests as well as promises to do so.

Review 47：The room was nice and large with a great sectional sofa. The TV pivoted so you could watch from the sofa or the bed. You could control the temp with a thermostat instead of just the under Window unit which made it easier to get the right temp. The shower was the largest I have ever seen in a hotel, although some people might want a tub instead. Hot breakfast was free, bacon, eggs, french toast.

Review 49：Rooms, very spacious, nice amenities, large windows, beds are soft (we found them all soft throughout our trip), very clean, nice bakery with Starbucks coffee and bar in lobby, pool with towels, (enough loungers as it was not busy though it was high season) free parking, close to restaurant and shops (walking distance, they do supply shuttle)
