Review 1：In room there was no water jug or cups available, there was no coffee maker. I had young kids with me, I had to go and buy water myself.
Review 2：The only thing I like was it was close to the shopping area and food places.
Review 3：The neighbors but that's not the hotels fault and I wish the bathroom was bigger and you got more towels
Review 4：I've stayed here twice both time we're fine it's not the ritz but you get what you pay for and you don't have to worry about roaches
Review 5：Everything. No clean bedsheets. We found hair on the beds, so they obviously haven't changed the bedsheets. The lock on the door was broken, so we had to put a chair against the door at night. It looked liked the whole room was fallen apart. My worst stay ever!

Review 7：The hotel is very low end but not the price. It was very old and not keped up well. The entire place smelled like a combination of pesticides and cigarret smoke even though it was a non'smoking room. The staff was peasent but unfortunately the place was not.

Review 10：The host was really nice and hospital to me. I came to the inn a few hours earlier the check-in time, and he kindly let me wait in another room for a while, that's was so helpful! In my room I had a cable TV, wi-fi, fridge, microwave, air-conditioning, hot water - that's all and other room content made my stay very comfortable. Every day a new clean set of towels have been provided. The neighborhood is safe, you can find lots of stores to have a quick bite nearby. There is a bust stop 1 block from here as well. All in all, I'm totally satisfied with my stay at Budget Inn Tonawanda.
Review 11：Booked two rooms. attendent was very rude. rooms were smelly and when we asked for room freshner he replied he will charge for it. The locks in the doors were not working. Rooms were in bad condition and could not open the doors when we returned after walk.

Review 13：Lots of little things that add up. Peeling wallpaper border, The mattress has a plastic protector over it so it makes noise with any movement. Cheap feeling all around. Would pay 1/2 of what I did pay to be satisfied.

Review 16：Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Location is great and beds are clean and comfy, even the pillows are fluffy. Owner is very very nice and helpful.
Review 17：Minor things like a hole in my bath towel - no shampoo just soap -shampoo showed up on our 3rd day. No menu available for TV which is just annoying when you are not familiar with the cable server.

Review 21：Saw dust left in the bathroom window sill, toilette leaked on the floor,washcloth (clean or dirty?) made into the bed (between the bottom sheet& mattress pad), black hair in the tub, tub wouldn't hold waterso I used one of the towels on the drain to keep the water in, cord fellout of the phone, when closing the outside door, you couldn't holdonto the door knob or you'd smash your fingers in the door jam(fortunately owner warned me about this ahead of time), had to request areplacement remote, drywall slopped all over the bathroom ceiling,literally 12" walkway between the foot of the bed and the dresser--a lot of people wouldn't be able to walk through from the door tothe bathroom (unless they hopped over the bed!!), view out the backwindow was a ladder, pots, sheets strewn over God knows what...WHAT Adump!!! You get what you pay for, but the pictures make it look likeit's a nice motel. I don't know for sure but I would be amazedif this was a aaa approved dump!

Review 24：It is close to where we needed to be for a 3 day event. Low cost. Not a fancy hotel, but didnt expect or need it to be.
Review 25：It comes a time when you must buy new wash cloths and towels. Clearly they were washed but just wasn't coming clean anymore. We had to go to Walmart and buy our own wash rags and towels, it was that bad. Toilet stopped working, had to go inside the back to flush it, carpet and sheets on one bed had stains. Smh

Review 30：Location is poor. the room smelled horrible. mold in the bathroom, baseboard of the wall, room extremely small. towels are off white. the area is dead and feel unsafe at night. after i checked out on my way to another hotel I could still smell the bad odor on my clothes. The paint job forget it. The shower curtain is attached with 2 pieces of wood for extension

Review 32：I did not like that the pictures online did not reflect the actual room. There were cigarette holes in the blankets. The blankets were old and should have been in the garbage. There was mole in the bathroom and the towels looked worn and old. The doors were hard to open and we constantly had to push our way into the room and the room had a foul wet carpet odor.

Review 36：The only thing I did not care for was that before I arrived the front desk called, wanting to know when I'd arrive. I didn't see what business it was of theirs... my room was paid for and could arrive whenever I pleased. I wasn't sure why they were insisting on firming up and an arrival time - I've never seen a motel do that in any of my many stays at North American motels. After some mild arguing with the motel rep, I agreed to arrive within a general timeframe, but felt like a teenager obliged to come home by curfew. It was quite odd and unwelcome. Other than this, I actually did enjoy my stay and would return.

Review 42：The washroom was dirty, the sink was falling off the wall, there was rust and hair and dirt on the heater in the bathroom. We were in a non smoking room due to asthma but had an adjoining door to a smoking room. There was a terrible smell in the room. The beds had plastic covers on the mattress which made a tremendous noise when you moved and made the beds very hot. The air conditioner shut off in the night and did not come back on until around 5 in the morning, we could not get it to come back on. the door would not open properly to get into the room, it was stuck on the floor and could only open 45 degrees.

Bugs galore right outside our room @ night, might have been termites one got in our room. Wanted to leave early as not happy and Budget Inn staff made us stay wouldnt refund our money otherwise.
Review 46：AC not working room 121, No basic soap, shampoo etc. provided in bathroom. No apologies when mentioned. Worth only $35 a night paid $318 for two night stay. Not at all money's worth. We booked online with bookings.com trusting their judgement and was wrong. We would like to be refunded our payment.

Review 50：Empty boxes and old funiture all over the place. The room items were being updated, hover room and the building was in a "fair" condition. The beds were sleeved in plastic covers, the kind used for a bed wetter. When i asked about them i was told that the matresses were old. I dident aske anything else. The room had a musty smell to it. Also when we would leavethe day house keeping would shut off the A/C. Very frustrating. on my second day thier was a painter/maintenance worker who asked if i was leaving for the day. He actually had the audacity to ask me to leave my room door open for him so he could paint the Jam. I will not be comming back to this place.
