Review 1：Our room had an old/outdated feel to it, for example: the filling was coming out of the mattress and some of the furniture pieces were basically falling apart. The television was super small, unable to watch tv from the bed and the channels kept on changing (out of our control). We booked a room with side sea-view, but although it was at the side of the building, a fence around the room prevented you to have any sort of view. Looking at the description and pictures again now, it seems we got a different room than we booked. Even though the room we got was more expensive (probably because of the extra bed - comfort triple room), we booked the other room specifically because of the outside patio mentioned in the description. It would have been nice if we were informed/asked about this change beforehand, as for us the bigger room wasn't "an upgrade" despite the higher price as it didn't have what we wanted (a 'private' outside area!). By the way, I'm not sure where the private beach is that is mentioned in the text above as it is quite a distance from the beach... Generally a bit disappointed and if I would be back in Amanzimtoti, I would probably seek for other accommodation. Perhaps it would be good to tweak some of the descriptions a bit so that expectations are not unrealistically high? We were not disappointed because it was bad per se, but because it didn't hold up to the expectations created here. For example, you can't really use 'private pool' if it is shared with all the rooms can you?
