Review 1：THE PLACE HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS BEFOR OBVIOUSLY.We booked 2 rooms for 12 days.The money was deducted in full 2 days after booking, no problem.However on arrival we were guided to 2 rooms with the following views: 2,3 meter concrete wall in front of entrance, carpark and cars in front of windows.This they expected us to take for 12 days!!Looking at the internet we didn't see those rooms at all , obviously a former servants quarter, like we used to have it.To get another room we were asked for more money to UPGRADE...We refused and stood our grounds finally we were offered a compromise, which was acceptable. The management is poor , sorry to say, it needs to improve .There is no life in the whole concept. A friendly smile is not good enough.Professionals are badly missing, so are room categories to avoid surprises. Breakfast is a real disaster .12 days same limited choice with cheap quality supermarket ham sausage and little/mini quantities, presented like" leftovers" in the cold shaving kits .After 6 days they changed to a list system where one has to tick his 1 choice of breakfast....??Hot dark breakfast room with bookshelfs and tv plus sofas next to it.can be noisy as multifunctional room.Sticky air, though air-condition existing and fan's BUT this needs to be looked after by the team when serving breakfast.In reality one eats in same room as "restaurant" as well. Bar facility existing, outdoor tables and settings existing but obviously all that not in use very much.One has to lick for the friendly staff permanently, if in need for something. Naturally they act and try,trying hard and friendly, BUT need a lot of training. THE WHOLE PLACE LOST OBVIOUSLY ITS LIFE PULS, IT COULD BE A VERY CHARMING HIDEAWAY WITH THE HELP OF PROFESSIONAL COACHING OVERLOOKING THE MANAGEMENT IN ALL ASPECTS. Its sad to see the place going down, it must have seen better days. The owners seem to FORGET THE FOCUS ON PEOPLE AND TO STRIVE FOR...

Review 21：A little bit far away from the centre, the surroundings are somewhat grubby, so it's not nice to go around. No shops or restaurants in easy access - but shuttle takes several times to central Pattaya, so no big deal. Kitchen was under construction, so this affects to evaluation.

Review 22：Very peaceful place, small hotel with very friendly staff and extra activities (like taiji, qiqong, treatments etc). Fabulous pool! And no hustle around. A place for serene relaxation. Internet fast and reliable.

Review 23：This is NOT a criticism but it is half an hour out of Pattaya. Easy to find a taxi, even at dawn, but don't come here if you want to be in the middle of the action. Also, stick to the beautiful, beachside pool rather than the small beach which collects debris from the many fishing boats and distant port.

Review 27：It is difficult to find and the google map is in the wrong place even if the booking.com map is correct. The private beach is tiny and sea in that area not the most inviting. English of the staff is not the best but far superior to my Thai at least.

Review 28：It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay and only a 15-20 min ride into Pattaya City. Staff were very friendly and helpful, it's more like a guest house than a hotel. Food was fine and reasonably priced I had no problem with the breakfast. Fresh Papaya eggs and toast but then I practically had the place to myself for 3 days. Handy little map cards in reception for Directions.

Not a big hardship. But Good basic cheap Thai restaurant on the main Sukumvit 10mins walk i went 3 times. Harbour Mall 10 mins taxi ride has many tasty chains and good shopping. Thai. Japanese etc. Not really so negative.

Review 50：This is a small secluded hotel suitable for singles and couples who want to escape. Basic rooms with balcony looking onto a pleasant garden. Salt water pool looking through coconut palms to a small beach. Resident holistic trainer in QiGong and other Asian regimes can help to crack your stress.

The breakfast was under all critic in a hotel wich is in some writings 4 star and in some 3 star hotel, more like a 2 star family hotel. To live there long time must be terrible if you like good food and service. Then last thing... The picture on Internet on this hotel is a fake a photomontage from program like photoshop, not good reputation!!
