Review 1：Firstly there was no DVD player as was advertised so we had to buy one as the DSTV did not cater for children. Secondly the bed was as hard as bricks, sleeping on the floor would be a better option. I would suggest the owner try it. We did not have enough hot water, so although a lovely bath was provided I could not fill it or enjoy it.

Review 4：The wonderful reception from the staff who showed a genuine concern and interest in U.S. And our visit. They were so helpful about recommending restaurants and places to visit. The room was immaculate and the bed comfy. It was good to have a kettle and fridge in the room. The cats also welcomed and inspected us to make sure we were good guests! We were especially touched when we were given a bottle of wine to celebrate my son's wedding, the reason for our stay Secure parking is a plus as is secure property Great views from the breakfast room

Review 5：The owners are a bit quirky, until you get to know them. Initial impression was terrible and we thought them rude. After a four day stay we had come to realise it was just their manner. The location away from the action so its taxis all the way - the problem is there are only 2 in J Bay. We arrived on a Sunday and everything was closed down with the very odd exception. Not very impressive for tourists. Jeffreys Bay is a quiet town which won't be too every one's taste. Having now seen it I won't be returning although I will be back to SA.

Review 8：The apartment on second floor was Nicke. Very large and very well equipped. The view is wonderful even från the bedrog. Nice to wake up with the sun arising over the sea!

Review 9：3-4 cats walking around the premises. I had to chase them out of the apartment twice. One of our daughters is allergic so we a sensitve to those type of things. Other than that everything was perfect! But beware if you do not like cats.

Review 12：Dorvan and his team were fantastic. From checking in with Tilly to the cutest room and great breakfast. We had some flight issues and they were great helping us call because we only have American cell phones. Everything was fantastic and we will be back.

Review 13：I wish there could be a bath, in addition to the shower. Baby bath facility could have made life easier. I also wish there could be more DSTV channels open, especially news. Carport could have been advantage.

Review 66：I have a problem with my booking - I booked for 1 person, yet I paid for 2 and now I have to claim back from you what I overpaid. I paid R1920 for 2 nights for 1 person - this is really unacceptable. How do I claim back what I overpaid plse?? Just a note to say that people who cannot climb steep stairs, should avoid the upstairs rooms!! Especially with a load of heavy luggage!!

Review 70：My room was well appointed and charming- a wonderful oasis after long days of surfing and exploring the town. The owner, Dorvin, was friendly and anxious to help me and other guests connect with whatever activities we were looking for in the area. The location worked for me-- the views were excellent and the area wonderfully quiet at night- but you definitely need a car or bike to get around town. Breakfast was tasty every morning- and when I had a request for something different one morning, they were happy to accommodate me.

Review 71：No doors on the ensuite bathroom, and in certain rooms only a bath without a possibility to take a shower standing without getting the place sodden.

Review 72：Nice rooms, and a pretty view. Upon receipt the staff wasn't very cheerful, but turned out helpful after all. Walking to the busier part of the beach will take you 15-20 minutes, by car it's 5.
