Review 1：Bathroom needs to be updated! Shower is a hole in the floor, so the floor in the bathroom is always a puddle. No sound insulation in the room

Review 5：we had a very pleasant stay!You find yourself under palms, lemon trees and grapes.The swimming pool is very nice and clean.Rooms are basic but perfectly alright. We definitely recommend to have the barbecue dinner they organise twice a week!

Review 6：We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the wonderful sounds of nature (cicadas, sounds of the waves at the beach, etc.). The staff was very attentive and helpful at all times. Nice pool, large garden chess game, comfortable lounge area and bar. Substantial and healthy breakfast. We definitely hope to return.

Review 12：Loved the setting for the hotel - the village and proximity to beach and stunning landscapes. Well located - fabulous walk from hotel up the hill and across the dunes to the beach. Small hotel with excellent pool and helpful staff. Good WiFi, allowing me to complete outstanding work tasks while embarking on a really relaxing holiday. Enjoyed wandering out at night to the village and choosing from one of many hostelries to eat. By arrangement, the hotel generously accommodated my early arrival (I had access to my room at dawn after over-night flight) and, likewise, I was able to occupy my room until late afternoon on day of departure. If you're looking for a place to read and wandering in the summer months, perfect.

Review 16：The hotel overlooks the village and country side. It is slightly off the main road, 300m or so, so you don't hear any cars. The hotel has lovely garden and great pool and lovely bar. We had diner somewhere else so we don't know about the restaurant. It certainly is a hotel we recommend.

Review 17：The rooms at the back(facing the hill overlooking the village)seemed a bit more cramped than the front rooms(facing the pool)where the balconies were bigger.Next time I would go for for a front room.Patara has a major mosquito issue and I found it impossible to sit on the balcony in the evening.

Review 18：Small,delightful,cosy hotel with not many rooms hence not too many guests.Lovely pool and hanging out area with hammocks and cushions.Staff excellent,make you feel at home.Nani can fix anything.Pleasant outdoor eating area and good breakfast buffet with no problems getting more of what's run out(unlike some bigger hotels)not even charged extra for fresh orange juice!Room clean and comfortable.Good location on hill couple of minutes from village centre.This was the place I was most relaxed and happy on my trip and would definitely return.In Patara it was such a relief to escape mass tourism elsewhere on the coast.

Review 30：The common areas are great for relaxing while reading on the hammocks,the turkish seating area or the beautiful swimming pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. We appreciated the nice atmosphere and would definitely come back!

Review 31：This is my 4th stay at the Golden Lighthouse and it gets better every time. If you want a complete chill this is the place to come to, wonderful pool (not for non swimmers) a very friendly family atmosphere, great for walking, sun worshipping and watching storks gliding on the thermals - wondeful place

Review 32：It was the start of the season so things didn't seem fully open or fully stocked. On the first night there was no staff around to ask for anything, even a drink! They were a bit more attentive once a tour group turned up.

Review 41：The one staff member who I spoke to a few times didn't seem very interested in giving me any help at all. I asked the hotel to do some laundry for me, which they did, and overall it was a good job, but unfortunately one of my items was damaged by the wash, possibly it had been washed on too high a temperature. It wasn't the end of the world, but it will need to be replaced. I complained to the staff, but instead of apologising, or offering anything in way of compensation, he just told me that I was wrong. It was very strange, and not what I expected. In the end we reached an amicable agreement.
