Review 1：More movie channels would have been nice. Their WIFI was rather spotty. And the breakfast was the same microwaveable food every day. But beggars can't be choosers!!!

Review 2：The staff was very nice and accommodating. We stayed for 10 days and they recognized us walking through the lobby. Friendly!!! We loved that breakfast and Business day dinners were included in our extended stay room!! What an awesome bang for our buck!!! And our 3 room suite was huge. Very good space especially with three kids under 5, and 3 adults!!!

Review 3：We had to pull over when there were 60 mile an hour winds. We were able to check in at 10:30 am and booked on line. We received an upgrade to a suite. It was such a blessings as we had traveled about 1000 miles. Thank you!

Review 5：Me and my wife had a new born baby. They came to se me and I said I'd like to stay here cause it's safe. Well yes it was a safe area but the people who work there was no use. My wife and I baby was sick. So my wife would sleep late after been up all night. I would wake up and go to work and leave the do not disturb sign up so the cleaning lady wouldn't wake them up and after waking up my wife would go run around and simply would ask the people would you tell the cleaning people to clean our room while me and baby is out. My wife would come back a few hours later and see that it hasn't been clean. This happen 4 times while we was staying there. Last time it happen my wife had to sit out in the lobby waiting for them to clean our room and then even when she walked up there and stood my door they didn't get in any hurry while my daughter was screaming in pain. And then come the last day they didn't clean our room the day b4 so the morning we left we was going to take a shower I use the last towel and my wife needed more to give baby and her one. I called front desk and asked for some and they said sure. So two hours later towels show up and it's 30 min before we half to leave so my wife didn't get to shower. And last but not least all this happen and I'm paying this hotel $910.00 for me been unhappy? Never again

Review 8：The booking.com rate was about thirty dollars cheaper than booking through the hotel so we decided to stay in the King suite. It was very large and clean. The employees at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Plus they serve a light dinner for free Monday through Thursday. I love this hotel!

Review 9：It was not a bad experience but while eating breakfast on numerous days guests had pets. For sanitation purposes this should not be allowed.

Review 11：We were on a 3000 mile adventure, and the Arbuckle was the nicest hotelon our journey. I used booking.com and somehow lucked out, got themanagers special, and when we walked in felt like we were at home! Thebuilding sits just a couple minutes from town and is an impressivebuilding! The staff is awesome and attentive and the breakfast was thebest we had. The staff was very proud of the food they presented and itshowed. Tasty, hot and fresh! I highly recommend it!

Review 12：Very well priced hotel. Lovely staff, good pool, nice breakfast. Unfortunately the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I was basically sleeping on springs. Requested extra blankets from staff to put between me and the springs. They said they would tell their manager in morning how uncomfortable bed was. Apart from that, very nice stop over for one night en route back from Yellowstone.

Review 19：The only thing that may not be ideal for some travelers is that there is no outside food available within walking distance. That didn't matter to us but it might matter to some.

Review 20：Fantastic stay... We were broken down on motorcycle in Gillette, Wyoming and they really worked with us with a late checkout. The facilities were top notch and were very clean. The laundry facilities were free and we used them. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was extra-large too. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Review 28：Wifi was not strong, at times hard to connect. Two times during our 3 night stay the room key cards didn't work and have to be reactivated. We checked out one day early and when we checked out we asked to use a different card to pay for the room. The gal at the front desk didn't understand and ending up issuing a credit to the new card and charging the original card for all four nights.

Review 43：The pool was cold and that it was broke. It took a whole day to warm up so we really only could enjoy the pool one day. I don't think the cost was worth if the pool was not working. I stay at hotels with pools because of the pool. The only other thing is they need to do something about parking during holidays. I should be able to come back to the hotel and be able to park. It was Fourth of July but there had been things in place for the guest staying there. I was told to not leave or I was not guarantee a parking spot. I felt like everyone else came before the guest staying and paying for a room at the hotel.
