Review 1：The rooms could have done with a bit of modernising and would probably only get 2.5 stars. The bikes were all broken and not looked after at all. The breakfast was nice but very Turkish
Review 2：The pool and outside area is really good and the staff keep the hotel very clean. The owner was very helpful and was always free to open the poolside bar. The hotel is just outside the main town but only a 5-10 minute walk and you get better views than the other hotels
Review 3：More of a recommendation really. It would be useful when when registering to receive a 'tip sheet' with relevant information on ordering the hotel's food, taxis, trips, local restaurants etc.
Review 4：Xanthos has friendly and helpful staff, a relaxed approach, a lovely pool (the best we saw in Patara) and is clean and is good value. It has an excellent location on the hillside away from the main road but close enough for an easy walk to the centre of town.
Review 5：There was nothing to not like. We booked 1 day with Booking.DotCom and then ended up staying at Hotel Xanthos Patara for a week. We will recommend a stay there to everyone.
Review 6：The staff was very welcoming, and the location perfect. There are only 18 rooms and you can own the hotel, even if it is full. It was the best of both worlds - stay at the hotel to enjoy the quaint atmosphere, gardens, pool, breakfast and dinner inclusive of the booking price - or go explore the Turkish coastline, only major sand beach around, Dune Sunsets, Traditional Hamam, Patara Ruins, plus several other adventure options.
