Review 3：Bed was a little small, AC didn't stay cool enough at night and we had some ants (I think due to the heat in late December!). Overall stay was great though!

Review 11：We went here for our honeymoon. It is a quite small hotel. It sits back in a neighborhood but only a couple minutes from restaurants. Also not but like maybe a10 minute drive to the beach. It's perfect to get away a relax and not worry about noise and people bothering you. The staff there is very friendly.

Review 16：We were two couples traveling together and rented the two bedroom suite. It was perfect for us to be together yet have our own privacy. It was very comfortable with that typical Florida feel. A lot like a bed and breakfast. A little older building but very well maintained and furnished. we had a great time and if we ever to back to Marco Island we will be sure to stay there.

Review 21：Advertised on a lake. It was on a marsh. Lots of bugs. No view of anysort. Hard to find. Trash on side and in back of building. Grounds andbarbeque littered with debris. Patio was in poor repair. Outside airconditioner leaked leaving our front door always wet and slimy. Our carbecame infested with ants. Pictures available upon request Overcharged.Took two different trips to the office to get straightened out.

Review 44：Nicely located in the center of Marco Island. Within easy reach of restaurants and shops. Attentive staff. We had a Queen Suite and it had all the accommodation comfort, facilities and room service of high-priced beachside hotels but at less than half the cost.
Review 45：Loved the view from our room! The lake is gorgeous, serene, and has a lovely beach... loved watching baby ducks! :) Super comfortable bed, great kitchen, we felt right at home. Location is fantastic, we were a few minutes away from anything we needed.

Review 47：This property is well kept and the room was very comfy and cozy and reminiscent of a seaside cottage in its decor...with pastel wall colors and white wicker furniture. The Inn is located in an otherwise residential area and is very quiet and tranquil. A beautiful location situated on a small lake. They have a nice small pool and a small beach area with plenty of seating at both. They also have two very clean gas grills if you are interested in cooking some food outside and a nice little tiki hut with table and chairs right near the grills. It's also located very near to restaurants, a large chain grocery and liquor store as well as lots of boutique type shops. We were there only one night but really enjoyed our stay very much. Review 63：Since we live right on the ocean, it was refreshing to sit on the porch of our Marco room and watch the ducks landing on the lake beside the Inn. We didn't need to see endless ocean waters. The lake brought back memories of Michigan from our youth....a treat.with no bugs .....the porch is screened in. A preposition is no word to end a sentence with.
