Review 1：Not very close to the city centre. Very small room, no mini bar, not very polite staff on the reception.

Review 3：There was only one chair in the room for two persons. We could not sit at the table together. One simply could not understand why the room (otherwise comfortable) was designed like this.

Review 6：I used to stay many times in Roomz in earlier years. Hotel was good choice as it offered more-less OK accommodation for reasonable price (70-80€ per night). But now these days price per night went significantly up, and at the same time quality of accommodation & hotel facilities remained unchanged. Definitely lost value for money...

Review 16：employee not pleasant (no smile), mistake in the invoice and have to pay again the breakfast although it was included in the rate, so time lost to discuss and convince the person of her error. There was a big group of traveler and I was surprised that for a so big hotel, there was only one coffee machine for the breakfast; there was a big queue at the coffee in the morning and nobody to explain to these old people how it works!

To me itlooked like a 3-star hotelHowever, I do not think the price is "budget" - it is still high. There are other hotels for the same price in Vienna, that offer real 4-star hotel rooms. In Roomz hotel, the room has no carpet, only 1 hard-plastic chair, No Wireless internet in room (but come on! even cheap hostels have WIFI in rooms nowadays! ), beds are hostel-kind-of-beds. The room is smaller than in other hotels of same price. A bit noisy, you can hear all the time doors slamming, people talking, shouting. Generally I liked my stay, a good hotel to stay at, but definitely not 4-star and not a budget price.

Review 60：The staff are really very nice and kind and helpful. I would really liketo congratulate them on that. Very kind people. Location - close tosubway. There is restaurant where you can eat breakfast and dinner. Room- clean, warm, convenient bathroom, tv. No wifi - but if you carry alaptop, they have great cable network connection. But you must have yourown computer with a network jack. If you only have a smartphone to getonline, you can use the wifi in the lobby and reception area.

Review 61：Very close to Gasometer City, where we attended a concert. Room was very clean and comfortable. We also found parking at the Gasometer, which is 200 meters away (it's 5 euros for 24 hours, well worth it).

It's very near Gasometer (just a few steps to the concert venue!) so if you're going to Vienna for an event/to watch a concert, then it's perfect; especially if it's on a weeknight (Vienna's U-bahn runs 24/7 on weekends) and you're worried about catching the last metro to the city center.

The hotel proposes to be a design hotel but for a budget price, and surprisingly it works very well. The service was great and the receptionists were very friendly, I could even do my check-in as early as 10am since they had available rooms. I will definitely look for other Roomz hotels when travelling to Austria!
