Review 1：They were re-tiling the floor in tbe office and the clerk was not very helpful about how to get around it.

Review 17：Our booking had apparently been lost. It was the Sturgis biker week!!!!! Their initial suggestion was that the rooms were available at 50% more. Was settled after contacting booking.com but seemed a bit odd, given all other bookings were honoured.

Review 18：We stayed here twice in the same trip. The first time the "nonsmoking" room smelled kind of smoky. The second time it was fine. The pool was over filled. Not a problem except if you expect it to be the marked height and it's 6" deeper that can be a problem for kids.

No iro or ironing board in room, and small rod that served as a closet had only four hangers for two people to share - not the best place to go if yo have a meeting in the morning.

Review 68：The entire place reeked of dog urine or musky mold trying to be masked by cleaning products. I found a hair in my bed. The towels were all stained yellow, and the sheets were so worn and thin they were almost holes. The breakfast consisted of coffee and apple juice, teenie tiny danishs and mini donuts. And a few dry cereals. That's it. No yogurt or fresh fruit.
