Review 2：Refurbished rooms, all amneties needed in room, very good wifi, excellent location 5 min walk from castle and city center. Just like the original place. When you come you wonder are we really staying there but then when entering just a charming and wonderful place to stay for a night

Review 18：To check-in, we had to go down to a smoky bar, fill in guest forms and wait until barmen scans our documents. We went outside smelling like ashtrays, with sore throats, and we are non-smokers.

It's so important for us in travels, but most of hotels don't provide it. A magnet with Trenčín castle as a little present from the hotel - it's so cute :)

Review 22：It was above a casino, so a bit noisy during the night. The only other thing is a suggestion-- since you must access your room from outside and the door is locked, perhaps giving each of the guests a key would be a good idea.

Review 24：The fact that it was located above a dodgy 'Casino.' In order to check in you had to enter the dodgy games room which was full of smoke and the occasional shady character. Also their idea of 'luggage storage' is to leave your bags sitting in the corner of the games room and just hope that one of your patrons doesn't go through your luggage. Once you checked in you didn't have to re-enter the 'casino', so from there on it isn't too bad a place.

Review 26：We would recommend less disturbing way of advertising all over the building.. very damaging to overall design which is sooo nice. Mosquito net would help a lot since there is no working air conditioning. Also if you are tall person you might not fit in :)

Review 30：the room had the worst smell inside and they couldn't change us rooms because all were booked, we had to come up with a solution by ourselves - no help - opened all the windows and turned on the airconditioner and the fan and left the room for the evening. alway wore slippers because the floor and carpet felt extremely dirty.

Review 84：Beds narrow (but comfortable) and at first, the reception is strange, as it is in a mini-casino (there are lots of casinos in the town) and the room is through a door for a plastic surgery clinic! But very polite friendly staff and once in the room, you don't realise!
