Review 1：The fact it was never pointed out that we had no sea view and despite booking and paying in August we were never given the option of a sea view.

Review 2：We loved the friendliness of the Staff and the views from the dining room and decks.

Review 3：Reception staff should have more info for tourist on what to see and what to do. They were redoing the pool deck which was a bit noise when we came back from our day out! A warning would have been advicable

Review 4：The staff was super friendly. The first room my parents stayed in looked like someone's flat, very dark yet very big, they were changed to a beautiful sea facing room

Review 5：The sliding door main lock was broken which made security a small issue, but the security lock worked fine.

Review 11：None really, but the bed in our room was a tad small. Parking was a little bit of a problem since at the time of our visit, Alante was full and parking difficult.

Review 13：Some minor faults, like the lounge area by the rooms had lights that were faulty but that didn't affect my room. Also at the viewing deck the grass is long and lots of weeds there I am not sure if this is municipal land that was the reason for that side being unkempt but maybe some maintenance around that area would be nice.

Review 14：This might be graded as a 3 star lodge, but the frienly staff deserve 5 stars. They go out of their way to ensure you are attended to and are comfortable. I was even helped with my luggage coming out of the car and assisted with parking my vehicle.

Review 15：Cleanliness - disturbingly we fond a razor blade in one of the bedside tables and the side plate we used at dinner was still on the table the next morning (and dirty!) - would not stay there again

Review 19：The coldrinks served at breakfast could be served with less ice, or it could be diluted to a fair enough sweet taste to accommodate all then the ice served separately for people to help themselves otherwise it tasted like water with just a bit of colour on all the 3 mornings of our breakfast it was the same.

Review 20：We loved everything at Alante!! The staff was very helpful and always willing to go an extra mile with a big smile. The food was great aswell! The view from the lodge to the ocean was amazing, we also loved the fact that we could walk from the lodge to the beach every now and then. The lodge is situated very close to the Galleria Mall aswell which was a great convenience for us. The lodge on overall is very beautiful and has a homey feeling.

Review 21：The room was comfortable. We had a problem with the bathroom as it had no door. The toilet is situated in such a way that people passing by outside the room can seen you in the toilet.

Review 23：The cleanlines and comfort and then,the food is the best. Sanele the chef Prepared us the best and I mean 'The Best Fillet' We've ever had. All the staff we were in contact with is Tops as well. I've recommend Alante to my family and friends already and We"re coming one night soon for supper with my children.
