Review 1：Basic, clean, quiet, inexpensive. Fridge and microwave in room, adequate wifi. I've stayed here several times and will continue to do so when in Okeechobee.
Review 2：Small thing, but a plug near the night stand to charge the phone would have been nice.
Review 3：Clean, inexpensive, basic room, wifi met my needs, liked the fridge in room. Not a huge room but not small either. Large walk-in shower. I plan to stay here on future trips to Okeechobee.
Review 4：The AC wasn't on when we got there and it took awhile for the room to cool off. There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. The guy who checked us in gave us two full beds, when we just wanted a queen.
Review 5：The price and place was right. The lady who checked us out was nice. The WiFi and cable worked great. Roomy shower. Easy to control water spikets. You get what you pay for. It was perfect for one night on the way neck from Key West to catch a flight out of Orlando. You get a chance to see rural Florida. Stop at a fruit stand to try some tropical fruit and visit the lake to see some gators.

Review 30：This hotel was old and dirty. The room smelled and the carpet was stained. The sheets were clean but the outer blanket smelled and was tattered. The bathroom was old and the towels smelled. The staff was rude and would not give me a cash receipt when I paid cash for the room. I had to ask several times for a receipt and finally they gave me a hand written unsigned receipt. Review 32：Basic motel as you would expect for the price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The location wasn't good for me, (too far from Sebring racetrack) I checked out after one night with no additional charges.

Review 35：It was an old hotel but kept clean. We were involved with a Craft Show at the park and the hotel was around the corner so the location for us was perfect. We plan on staying again for during the next show.

This place had free wi-fi internet, and large high definition TV's at the time when we stayed, and we would recommend it to ANYONE who is looking for a safe, cheap, clean place to stay in Okeechobee. Review 38：Great little place for the price. Clean room and bed, exactly what youhope for with a budget hotel. I had to cut my trip short part waythrough my booking and they were understanding and refunded theremainder of my booking for me!

When I called to cancel our second night onMarch 11, the lady who answered the phone did not speak or understandEnglish well - it took several minutes for me, repeating myself, to gether to understand what I wanted and then she told me "noproblem" she had changed the reservation.
