Review 1：Please take second photo out, it was Kennebunkport (the foggy one)and I flicked it with my finger and it came up on the site. Sorry.
Review 2：The room was lovely and cozy, with. Everything we needed. The view was amazing with a lovely jetty. Couldnt be happier with a room.
Review 3：I liked everything just fine.In retrospect, I may have asked for a room closer to the water.

Review 5：TV functioned but you couldn't find channels because there was no numbers. Second night sheets were not changed, no fresh towels or soap, no fresh coffee left for coffee maker. Room was not cleaned after our first night.

Review 7：very uncomfortable beds with old linens. Seems clean at first but hasn't been dusted, windows cleaned, floors washed in a while. Window screens were either missing or damaged.

Review 9：That I was told that the payment I appeared to be paying online the day I booked for TWO nights and it was clearly stated that THAT amount for two nights come off my card was told to me only one night came off my card THE NIGHT WE ARRIVED FOR OUR HONEYMOON!!!!!!!!!!! I still have NO idea where the other amount of money is and my brand new mother in law had to call in the payment for the second night even though that money came off my card... That was awful.
Review 10：It was off season. Even though our room was nice and it was clean, the grounds were absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere, beer and wine bottles in recycle bins and not emptied, cigarette butts overflowing ashtrays. Junk stored on sides and backs of all buildings.

Review 24：plenty of grills for outdoor cooking. staff was attentive and helpful with assisting us in lighting up the grill. rooms were clean and kitchen had the basics we needed. 5 minute drive to the beach and boardwalk.

Review 27：Room: windows - Screens were torn on the 2 windows that opened; the rest of the windows in our room were painted shut & had no screens. 2 blinds were broken. bathroom sink - When washing your face there's a glass shelf above the sink that prevents one's head from positioning over the sink. This not only dangerous but messy, too, as water goes on the floor. Remedy: raise the mirror & glass shelf. Outside: very clever use of boats used to decorate the patio & kids play area. Constructed of wood, this is a property that needs constant outside painting & maintenance.

Review 34：The property has not been maintained well. Also, activities are promised on the web site that no longer exist ex: canoes, kayaks & karaoke. The hot tub wasn't hot & supplies were not replaced when needed.

Review 40：We chose this place because they had boat rentals. After we booked, found out no boat rentals this year. Fireplace had pilot light on, which threw off heat, could never get room at the right temperature. One of the beds had a dip in it. Maid did not replenish coffee supplies. Had to go get them. It was pre-season, place pretty much empty, yet our room had no view.

Review 45：We needed a place to stay for one night in the area and I picked and I'm glad I did. Our room was clean, comfy and cozy. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and even offered to help carry our bags to our room. We had a little problem with the door lock.. it sticks, but once we got in, the electric fireplace warmed our room up to a toasty 72 degrees in no time ( it was set a 69 when we walked in) There were 2 double beds, both loaded with pillows and even extra pillows and an extra blanket in the closet. The bathroom was small but there was plenty of water pressure for showers. The water didn't get hot enough for me, but that's me not them. The beds were on the soft side, but the room did have a dorm size fridge, a microwave,a 12 cup coffee maker and 2 real (not stroyfoam) mugs. The wi-fi had a strong signal and is secure

Review 61：mattress was very hard and difficult to get a rested night sleep. Lazy E is not handicapped accessible. Stairs going into office. I called ahead and was told their were only two stairs. I use a walker to get around. Partial ramp only goes about a quarter of the way down into complex. I never made it down to the water because of the stairs. Very nice place, but disappointed I couldn't get to everything on the property.
Review 62：easy commute to everything nearby. Very easy to get to and the views were excellent. Every area was nice and clean. Housekeeping did a incredible job picking up everyday.
Review 63：My fiancée left with a very bad stiff neck from one of her night's sleep. Also, their policy of - all dishes must be washed before check-out is dumb. That's what a cleaning staff is for. And even if i was ok with washing my own dishes before leaving, I don't want to be relying on the wash the prior residents gave the dishes. That means I'm washing dishes before and after I use them.
Review 64：We loved our stay here. We just wished we had more time to enjoy the facilities and all the cool things they had on their property... Outdoor hot tub, tiki bar with big screen tv, fire pit, etc. The place is great. Accommodations were spacious and had most of the comforts of home. The staff was lovely.
Review 65：We found the staff at Lazy E to be very friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert at Meadowbrook and going ziplining at Gunstock so the location was perfect for both activities. We also spent a nice relaxing afternoon sitting by the lake. We would definitely recommend the Lazy E.

Review 68：Lake access is small and there's no actual beach. Breakfast would have been a big plus (you have to drive a couple miles to the nearest diner). But no complaints, this place is a great value and the owners do their best to make sure you're comfortable and happy.

Review 86：Booking the stay was not fun. I accidentally reserved the wrong date on the Internet. When I contacted the Lazy E to try to move the reservation, I had to pay extra money because for some reason, the new date required a 3-night minimum, which the accidental date hadn't. It was too late for me to get the time off from work, so I ended up paying for 3 nights and staying for 2. The people on site were very nice, but the folks I dealt with on the phone were gruff and not very helpful.
