Review 1：It needs a thorough deep clean and decorating in brighter colours bit drab.
Review 2：It was just a stopover on our way back from Colorado. It was very reasonably priced, the breakfast was great help yourself to cereals bagels and make your own waffles. the receptionist was pleasant, my sister needed to change their room as it was not very nice and had a peculiar odour of bleach and mould!!! But that wasn't a problem another room was found quickly.
Review 3：The door to the room was so stuck it took several times to get into the room. I finally had to hit it with my shoulder to get it open. The air conditioning unit made so much noise I had to shut if off in the middle of the night. I was standing more than ankle deep in soapy water at end of shower in the morning. There were unfinished patches in the plaster walls. There were railroad tracks nearby and trains going through town several times during the night that woke me up without the air conditioning running to block the noise.
Review 4：Fridge in room was off when we got there. Took until next day to cool after being turned on. Worked fine when it did though. Ice machine empty whole weekend except first night from everyone using. Need at least 1 more machine.

Staff were prepared for our arrival with a neat row of paperwork on the desk. Super kind and helpful!

The rooms look exactly as the pictures presented on the website.The lobby is new and beautiful as well as the breakfast area. The poolwas clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. A big twothumbs up, we would stay there again in a mintute!

Weweren't expecting much for the price and location but the room wasvery nice. Remodeled, with a coffee machine, frig, microwave and a nicetv. There was a computer for use, a pool and a grocery store across thestreet. I checked booking.com and the rates were average for the area.The staff was friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprise.
Review 39：Holbrook was near the petrified forest which was one of our destinations on a driving trip through Arizona. The magnuson provided everything we needed for a night's rest in the midst of the trip and sight seeing.
Review 40：Plumbing is poor. No ice available and front desk wasn't aware theice maker was out of order. Apparently is in transition from BestWestern to other ownership. Wouldn't want a room on the back sidenear the railroad tracks.
