Review 1：Room was noisy! Air conditioner very loud, and loud noise of running water next door. Laundry facility was out of soap, and none available at desk.

Review 3：My husband tried for three nights but never could catch a snook. He did catch lots of other fish but was on a quest to catch the ever elusive snook, maybe next time. LOL
Review 4：Love the location on the water. Love to sit on the dock and watch the dolphins, manatees and birds. Got to see the christmas boat parade this year and that was really nice. We have stayed here many times and will continue to return.

Review 17：When checking in you are at once greeted with a smile and a big welcome and you know that you found a place that really cares about their guests. From that it is all up hill.

Review 24：The apartment, fixtures and fittings are all very tired-looking and dated. I suspect nothing has been spent on the apartments for many, many years. The pillows were the worst I have encountered anywhere: my dog sleeps on better. Bed linen was pitiful. The lighting was inadequate and clearly no-one checks for blown light bulbs and the whole place needed a very deep clean. The Wifi code given on the documentation did not work. I would have checked out immediately if the payment had not been taken for a four night stay. This accommodation represents very bad value for money. 'Family run' suggests a little care - there was no evidence of that to me: office hours are very short, so I didn't have a chance to address the many issues I had. I would not recommend.

Review 71：Place is darling, very clean and newly renovated. We rented a 1-bedroom condo which was comfortable and well-equipped. Location was great--across Collier Bay from a peninsula on which lots of shore birds and wading birds could be viewed. Dolphins swam by every morning as we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on the bayside patio. The owner was wonderful, very helpful and cordial and a friendly Midwesterner from a city close to us. Area and ambiance were lovely "Olde Marco" style, too.
