Review 1：bathtub had a few gallons of caulk , hot water had Low pressure and when you pull the tab up for the shower , only half goes up , the rest down. so with low pressure already .....

Review 32：The girl at the desk was rude with an attitude when I checked in. If you don't like your job find a different one you're there to provide a service to your customers. Also the walls are paper thin in those rooms you can hear everything around you.

Review 34：TV was poor, but they replaced it after we told them. Sink wouldn't drain. Told them once and they did a minor repair, but it only worked for a short time. Only one chair in the room. Breakfast hours too late for our schedule. Only got breakfast one day of three. Morning desk person not very friendly, opened breakfast room not one second before time even for coffee. Hot water for tea was tepid, had to reheat in microwave.

Review 38：The staff was inattentive and cold personalities. Unwilling to go the extra mile to accommodate my requests. I requested a room away from the stairs to second floor and was given one at the top of the stairs! All traffic for the whole second floor passed by noisily!

I said it was important that I was able to do that and I would be spending the entire evening working on the computer. Even with repeated requests, no one came to help. I was very close to the lobby. They had the time, but just didn't care. I never got connected.
