Review 1：Dirty air filter. Had air fresheners stuck in air filter vent instead of doing a thorough cleaning. Did not like room access directly from the outside.

Review 3：A horrible EXPERIENCE-Reserved thru booking.com and tried to change dateand Jessy could not find our confirmation. Date was changed over thephone 2 days prior. We were double charged and the Arizonian would notrefund one of the charges. Front desk, Jessyca, promised we would not bedouble charged. When the second charge went through on our acct. Wecontacted the hotel and were told they couldn't help us thatbooking.com would have to issue us a refund, not them.

Review 6：When we checked in were told all rooms were sold out. Got to room and it was clean but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They squeaked every time you moved and were incredibly soft. Not a restful sleep. When checking out I told the front desk and she them said why didn't I call to complain. I replied that we were told the hotel was sold out so I knew a room change wasn't possible. She then just looked at me and didn't offer any apology - just stayed quiet. Very awkward. I paid and asked for number to corporate and was given s number to the rewards department when I called.

Review 9：One staff member in breakfast room was chatting with a guest in a very loud voice. Friendly but just a bit too much first thing in the morning.

Review 12：Super helpful friendly staff, delicious hot breakfast, comfy beds/pillows, and the cleanest hotel we've seen in 3,000 miles. Rooms smell clean and are meticulously cleaned each day. Safe location, we are traveling with a large cargo trailer, felt very safe.

Review 13：Parking lot near room was small so we had to park in front parking area away from room. Breakfast area was small and crowded and food wasn't very good.

Review 14：We booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was more like a 1 bedroom apartment. Huge rooms and a lot of closets. Looks like our room had been remodeled recently and other rooms were in process of being remodeled. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and told us about Native American Dancers doing a free performance downtown (kids even gave up a lot of pole time to watch them). When we left in the morning staff was not only cleaning rooms but was cleaning pool and grounds area. Older motel but they seem to put the extra effort in to keep it clean and nice.

Review 32：The room we were assigned just got painted and the smell of the paint was very strong. Stayed awake almost all night. Sofa had a lot of old paint scraps and did not clean. Hotel management should not assigned new painted room to their customers.
