Review 1：It was not clean. We booked a two bedroom suite but when we arrived we were shown a single room with two beds instead. After letting proprietor know that this was not what we confirmed online we were shown our "suite" overlooking garbage dumpsters. There was a balcony off the second floor - old bed frames, TVs, were stored there. Door from living room had a piece of twine instead of a handle. Refrigerator was unplugged and door left ajar. It was really amateurish. I dropped my glasses on the bedroom floor and got down to look for them behind the bed - surely hadn't been cleaned in 6 months or more. Bathroom was tiled and clean however.

Review 5：All rooms have been smoked in, you can tell from smell and the cigarette burns in sheets and blankets. Everything very worn, older and quite a lot of dust.

Review 9：The bathroom had a terrible odor when we checked in. We did ask for it to be cleaned or sprayed while we were out of the room. The Jacuzzi had several broken knobs and we had to call to have someone show us where the button was to make it work., as it was not easily marked. The shower had no water pressure what so ever.

Review 11：There was no working light near the sink and vanity mirror in thebathroom. Only a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Only 1 barof bath soap and no other toiletries such as shampoo, mouthwash. Therewas standing water left in the hot tub... We didn't even bother touse it. The room was beneath the residence of the manager and his wife.At about 11pm when my girlfriend were getting ready to go to sleep wecould clearly hear people talking and walking in the room above. Thesame thing happened in the morning, we could hear people talking andwalking the noise from the road ( route 9 ) was very distracting.

Review 13：Really "no-frills". No way to make hot water for my morning coffee, and no place close by for coffee or food. Deli across the highway was closed.
Review 14：Room prices in the area for Father's Day weekend were through the roof. I think the Jacuzzi room we rented was well worth the price.
Review 15：the entrance was not clean trash open in front. Lawn care equiptment not properly store left right at entry way.The room smelled like smoke very dusty.The room was not cleaned properly. I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean in other for me to be comfortable enough to spend the night . unused furniture and bedding stored outside the living room on porch which couldn't be secured because the lock was broken . Stair in need of repair.

Review 17：The place was a dump, and an expensive dump at that. The lights in bathroom did not work hair everywhere that was not our own. The drawer fronts were falling off and the toilet seat was not on correctly. And a "jacuzzi" that did not function, which was the point of renting that room. At 125.00 you would expect that to be better. Not worth 20.00 for the night. Would never recommend this dump to anyone. Not only that the staff argued it was a great price.
