Review 1：The room smelled like smoke, the bathroom vanity was broken, the wall had holes in it, and there was no hot water.

Review 25：Heat had one setting which was very high heat. They never cleaned our room on the 2nd day. Room was very shabby but there was no where else to get a room other motels were full so we had to stay. We will never go back there.

Review 28：The room we stayed in should never have been rented out. No smoke detector, room had suffered damage and was in the process of being repaired. Unfinished drywall. Not painted. Bullet holes in my pillow cases. Pubic hairs in all the bath towels. No posting on door of prices or fire escape plans. Room was down a dark alley with no lights after dark until around 11:00. Family all were scared. Just every violation of running a hotel you could imagine.

Review 33：I was a bit scared of a 1-star rating, but the overall experience was better then expected. Firm mattress, clean private bathroom, microwave and a fridge made our 1-night stay during road trip quite satisfactory.

Review 48：It was a fairly large room with 3 double beds so that all 6 of ourfamily members could be in 1 room. All the other hotels I looked at wewould have needed 2 rooms and would not have been able to afford ourtrip. The price was very good and suited our needs. It's right onniagara falls blvd so it is close to many places to eat.
