Review 1：The mattress was perhaps the most firm mattress I've ever slept on at a nice hotel. I suppose some people like that sorry of thing, so I don't really fault too much.

Review 3：Front desk staff seemed condescending. There was absolutely no enthusiasm about providing excellent customer service. Due to the fact that it is the same hospitality industry have been for over a decade until August of this year, I could preserve a huge contrast between how I went above and beyond to make my guests stay a memorable one and the service that I received. I worked for Marriott hotels for a long period of time before throwing in the towel recently. For example, instead of letting me know that my room is all the way outside-at corner of the premises, the guest service representative just gave me the map that showed where my room is. I could see a pool on the map, however I have never stayed here before. Front desk agents supposed to give a visual direction by using their hands in gesticulating where the room is located. It was an impromptu stay and it seemed most reviews about this hotel are pretty accurate in regards to the provision of customer service or lack thereof.

Review 4：Apart from the dusts in the room, I really like everything about the room. The space, the bed, the structure- more like an apartment type.

Review 5：Checking in was tricky, but this was booking.com's fault - not the hotel's. Turns out booking.com had not sent through my reservation. Also, booking.com's site had quoted me a price double what the hotel actually charges. But the hotel staff put everything right.

Great breakfast actually worth getting up in the morning to get, basketball court for kids a pool it was closed because it was a little chilly but overall great stay great staff I booked for one night ended up extending it and friendly staff loved it and will stay here anytime I'm in the area.

Again there is a special request of any kind, pls let the hotel honor it because when a special request is made, we come with that in mind. THE MATTRAS IS SINKING IN THE MIDDLE CAUSING SERIOUS BACKACHE UP TO NOW. BUT FOR ALL THESE, HYATT HOUSE IS VERY GOOD.
